The room looked much larger online than in person. Nice renovations but mattress was not newer and sheets did not fit (comforter was not comfortable or appealing.

Too pricy for just a good location
Close to UBS Arena, comfortable matress. Free parking. Pillows were flat, need deep cleaning. Showee floor not clean. Marks of finger prints and dirt on table, backrest, night tables. Bed sheets stained and with holes. Way too expensive for good location only.

This place was cozy and efficient. It is not luxurious but if you need a clean place to stay with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and close to the airport, this is it.

The front desk is surrounded by security glass and door. It does not exude safety to its customers. Customer service is the most horrible. There was no greeting to customers coming in. In fact, it's as if none of the customers matterted. I asked about checking out 30-60 minutes later. I was told it would cost $25. When i declined, no word of apology or ways to accommodate. The bathroom was poorly done, although updated. There was no rack or hooks to hang clothing or towels on in the bathroom. And the toilet paper is placed on the counter in the bathroom because thwre isnt a place yo hang it. My bed was about 3 feet front the flimsy door so i heard noises in the hallway. The ceiling in the hallways are very low. The only thing i liked was the free parking.
