DON’T STAY HERE… I’ve never experienced anything like it. I left immediately. I couldn’t get out of that place fast enough. It was filthy. Dirty sheets and pillows. Walls were gross. The smell was horrific. They tried to hide the filth with zero lighting. I ran into a guy in the hall looking for his crack pipe he left in unit 117 that morning. He was moved to unit 114. He must live there. There was even dried blood drops on my pillow. I was taking my daughter to a concert at the UBS Arena. Don’t make the same mistake I made. I had to drive home that night. 4 hour ride!
Also… Expedia said they couldn’t help me get my money back. With all the pictures I took of this nasty place they basically said… sorry, wish we could help.
I’ll never use Expedia again.
The hotel was terrible. The floors were sticky, the bed linens had cigarette burns on them, the bathroom was dirty and the toilet was unflushed, the room reeked of cigarettes, there were towels with poop lining the hallway of the hotel.
Just staying for the night was perfect. There were just minor issues in my opinion. The toilet handle was broken, there was pineapple rind in the refrigerator, there was a hair ring in the sink.
The service was nice. Very friendly staff.
My party was threatened by the front staff to never return to that hotel and the door didn’t have a lock and they felt unsafe and ended up leaving the same day which we had booked for 4 days. Never again!
The room was not at all ready at check in time. The front desk person was rude about it and told me “it’s no big deal.” There were holes in the sheets and bedspread as well as burn marks. The halls smelled like cigarettes. The perks were that the bed was comfortable and parking was free. It was not as close to UBS arena as advertised so we had to Uber there.

Interestingly comfortable with caution
After reading the reviews I was apprenhensive about staying. As I walk through the doors the front desk was friendly and check-in was easy. By the time I reached the second level it didn't seem like I was walking through a hotel. It felt like an apartment building.The doors for every room was dirty. I didn't mind the smoke smell since it was on the side for that request. As I got inside I looked around before I went to cleaning things myself. I didn't use their bedding I purchased my own and glad I did as theirs had holes and stains. The lock on the door was the chain that you slide into place. The lock you normally find in a hotel was broken off. The door handle needs to be replaced. They could use a good dusting as well. Ac unit worked that was a plus. The bed was comfortable. It was a one night stay so my experience didn't go beyond just sleeping. The noise level was nonexistent onnmy night of stay.
The description in Expedia is totally misleading. The hotel is terrible. The room was dirty. The door wouldn’t open properly. The staff was rude. Overall a horrible experience. I wasn’t the only one who left and requested a refund. Another family also left the hotel and requested a refund. I contacted Expedia and requested a refund. The Expedia representative advised me to return the key and book in another hotel. I am extremely disappointed with Expedia and the hotel. The information in Expedia is totally misleading. The photos and information don’t present the real situation. The room was disgusting, dirty and unsafe, the door didn’t work properly.
