Small rooms. No elevator. Unique setting. Comfortable bed. Lights in room were burned out. AC unit wasn’t working so they had a window unit, which was at the head of bed. Cold air blowing on your face all night. While dog friendly, they charge $50 per pet per night. I’m not sure why. They provide no services or amenities. They have a back patio that is in desperate need of attention. Coffee and tea in the morning was good.

The shower head was broken and water was coming out the pipes from opposite side. The comforter had pink stains on it. The floor I was on was so inconvenient because I have asthma and no one accommodated my requests to be on first or second floor instead I was places on 4th floor. The room I was in was very noisy couldn’t get any good rest. The only thing that was great about my stay was the night staff.

The staff were absolutely amazing that the decor harkens to a different time and it’s in a great central location. Highly recommend the hotel. Just be aware they don’t have an elevator so if you’re on the fifth floor, it means climbing some stairs, but the staff is happy to help. And we can all use the extra steps.

The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly. The area around has lots of places for groceries, quick bites, restaurants, coffee. Very practical location, close to a metro and bus station. The common kitchen is well equipped, there is a little garden in the back.
