I liked the free bfast every morning. Bagels and muffins with tea, coffee, or hot cocoa. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but other than that I really enjoyed my stay and it’s an exceptional hotel. I truly have no complaints the staff is friendly and it’s clean.

The room was nice sized and the area was not too noisy at night. Friendly staff and an okay continental breakfast of pastries. We were able to walk up to Times Square and had a convenient subway station if wanting to travel further out. However, the beds can only be described as Papa Bear's dream. Too hard and the pillows were sparse and too soft.

A fantastic hotel and a great bargain
What a fantastic hotel I would definitely stay there again. It's a bargain hotel, I'm fine with that considering the price. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, our room was clean as can be. They do offer coffee and muffins in the morning, nothing exciting about that, but considering the price, not a problem. The hotel is very centrally, located to all of the great Christmas attractions in New York City. Easy access to several subway lines made getting around town super easy.

I fully paid for this booking through Expedia and I was surprised to see this charge appear again on my credit card. I am not sure if this is an innocent mistake or deliberate double charging by the hotel. I am disputing this with my credit card company. It behooves Expedia to investigate this hotel. This practice should not be acceptable.

The wifi didn't work for 4 of the 5 days we were there. The water was shut off in our room without warning for maintenance, so we couldn't brush our teeth, shower or flush our toilet. The beds are pretty hard. There is only 1 pillow per person on the beds, a few more like other hotels would be nice. Lobby, restaurant and hallways are kept clean. Good walkability, 20 blocks from Times Square, Chelsea District, MSG etc. Staff are pretty friendly. Location definitely brings up the score.
