Quick 'daddy/daughter' trip and everything was great. Extremely convenient to everything, and the staff was very nice (forgot his name, but the gentleman that helped us store our bags both when we got there before check-in and also after check out while we enjoyed more of the city before leaving for the airport- he said he just started working there, but he was so incredibly nice and helpful). Thank you for a great trip.

It’s an average hotel . Nothing special . Rooms are small . Bathroom is even smaller . Location is fine but if you don’t leave the A/C on you will hear everything outside , trash trucks , workers etc in middle of night . Front desk was friendly , ordered a couple extra pillows , over an hour later , on a slow night mind you , no one showed . Called the front desk to cancel them and all I got was a weak , I’m sorry . Will probably go back to Club Quarters down the block next time given their rates are comparable. It’s a very mid hotel . Vanilla .

This hotel is the perfect location. 8-15 minute walk to most major tourist attractions. Rooms are small, but clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and attentive to all our requests. I’d stay here again!

Best location to get the full experience of time square and 5th avenue in New York and it’s within walking distance to Central Park. Room was clean and very comfortable. Exactly what I expected as far as size in NY. The staff was friendly and gave suggestions on things we would enjoy. I’ll be back for another stay and this will be my first choice for all future NY visits.

We checked into the hotel and were place on a floor with the maintenance staff. Every morning at 7am all the way through until 10pm, you could hear the staff talking loudly or filling the hallways with garbage, sheets, carts, etc. (see photo). Further, during our stay, we came to find out the hotel had received a notice from the NY commissioner of health and mental hygiene for operating without a permit. The notice was dated in March but it was still on the front door of the hotel. It wasn't clear if the hotel should have been operating at all.

Too expensive and a fire hazard.
The room was in the basement with no light of day ever. There are no stairs in the basement only a door that says staff only. It's a fire hazard. For more than $400 a day it could have been better.

We arrived early hoping to store our bags as check in was mid afternoon. However they had a room available on a Lowe level. The lower level was actually the basement. There were 2 rooms downstairs and ours was one. The room was fine. However the escape window was quite high and other than the elevator, there was no other emergency exit. The counter staff was great. Would definitely stay here again. Great location.

I was put in a room below ground level, which properly should not be given to customers. The room's entrance was blocked with all carts and trash collected from the entire property. The room floor tile joints were black due to the moisture being below ground level. Totally unacceptable. Next day morning, although I was promised to be moved to a better room, the morning front desk person denied that citing a reason that they were fully booked which was not the case. After a lot of reasoning and haggliine, they gave me another room which was much better.

Staff is super friendly. Lobby/check-in area is small and can get a bit claustrophobic where it gets busy. My room was clean and faced inward so there wasn’t any street noise. Free breakfast was fruit and pastries. I only stayed one night so I don’t have a ton to base this review on, but overall it was a pleasant experience and I would book again.

First Stay but Not The Last
This was our first time staying at this hotel, and we had minimal expectations. Upon arrival, around 1:30pm, I went to the front desk to ask about leaving our bags since we were early for check in. The gentleman at the desk, looked up my reservation and was able to check us in at that time versus having us wait. We were surprised and pleased with this and were very appreciative. Heading to our room, we walked in and were pleased to see the room itself. Great size, very clean, and good location on the 22nd floor. We only stayed for a single night, but were very happy with the hotel selection.
