Amazing staff. The demographic of the staff was hipster (I'm a 54 year old male). I am very well travelled and this staff was very well trained and professional. The room was small but great. I wanted to stay there this time next year, but they are already booked for the dates I wanted. I highly recommend this property.

Citizenm hotel Times Square might be the best hotel I have ever booked. The rooms are amazing and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is amazing.
