Great location, fab rooms, outstanding staff

Another fantastic stay at Citizen M Times Square. I was back to see Romeo and Juliet again as it is opposite the Theatre so very convenient but alse very convenient for many spots perfect for sightseeing. The staff are outstanding, special shout out to Grace and Evon who remembered me from a previous trip and made me feel so welcome! Will reccomend to anyone visiting NY and will be planning another trip soon!

Best stay in Times Square

We stay here almost every time we come to Manhattan to see theater. The space is so accommodating and comfortable. The staff are fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and fun. Live Citizen M!!!

Location was amazing! The views from the bedroom window great and eventhough we looked right over the busy streets, you could barely hear a noise. I loved the modern decor and the multi functional iPad for all interior settings. Because we were on the 18th floor I would’ve loved a coffee maker in the room so I could wake up early and have coffee in my little room without having to get dressed and wait for the elevator to get to the lobby. Breakfast was reasonably priced but if you didn’t get there early, the staff was slow to keep it stocked. The reason for my 4 start rating for service… We walked all over Manhattan from there but could easily take the subway if we wanted to go to a more remote area of the city. Fantastic experience
