Overall great experience but the real heros were staff. They were amazing. I felt that they actually cared no matter what it was. From getting food late night, getting the room cleaned, or just buying a cup of coffee they were all amazingly happy to help. Will always stay there when in New York.

Great location for broadway/midtown
Cozy hotel, nice styling, great rooftop bar, comfy big bed. Amazing location. Would stay again. Very small rooms, so not for all people. Rooftop bar had different (less) opening hours than advertised.

Citizens is by far one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. It’s funky and eclectic. Super clean. Food and drinks were great. The staff was excellent. It was my birthday weekend and they surprised me with gifts. We will definitely be back! Thank you CitizenM.

We loved our stay at the CitizenM so much. We were treated with goodness and kindness by all the staff, and the signature aroma that you smell and ambiance when you walk in, is amazing!!! Everything we needed was near by, subway access, great restaurants, theatres and the exciting spectacle of Time Square. We would like to go to other CitizenM locations in the future. Room was small as expected in New York but the view was AMAZING. I paid extra for the city view and it was 100% worth it. Waking up to that view every morning for 5 days was incredible.
