The CitizenM was amazing. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only issue we had was the shower. It made a horrendous noise when using the overhead shower so the handheld showerhead needed to be used the whole time.

The front desk staff were amazing. They let us checked in early knowing that it was only me and my son. The room was small, but perfect for what our adventure was intended for. We were only in the room to shower and sleep. The bed was comfortable and we snored from 9-10 miles walk each day in Manhattan.

Clean & great location!

Room was clean and utilized the small space efficiently. Only objection was the king bed orientation. Difficult for two people who frequent the bathroom during the night. We adjusted our position from horizontal (as bed was set up) to vertical and made it work. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for theatre going!

Staff make this place an absolute 10 out of 10. Honestly, haven’t had such seemingly sincere friendliness and client service in a very long time. After a terrible travel day everybody ar rhe desk and that I talked was chill and went above and beyond. I had asked for toothpaste and the person forgot to mention when I called down that they don’t have room delivery for that kind of stuff so I ended up waiting for a bit expecting it to come but nothing. I called and it was clarified but I was a bit annoyed cus by now I was already in the shower but understood the slight blip. Nevertheless 5 mins later the same support person did indeed bring it up. They were covering the desk and made an error and felt so bad and apologized repeatedly. It was really kind if them tbh. Would book here again in a heart beat.

CitizenM was in a perfect location close to the best theaters and restaurants in Times Square! The check-in staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived before check-in and they stored our bags while we attended a show. The vibe of the entire hotel was amazing! We enjoyed a delicious drink at the rooftop bar after dinner. We'd definitely stay at another CitizenM!

Not your average stuffy outdated hotel.

We had an amazing stay. I like that the rooms were updated with the tablet to control the room. Unique feature for a modern feel. The shower was a 10 out of 10 and the beds were comfy. Can't wait to stay again.
