This boutique hotel is chic — and spotless! Great interior design and a downtown vibe without trying too hard. The entire staff was welcoming of me and my dog (unlike many pet friendly hotels, they go out of their way to make your creature feel comfortable…without the hefty nightly pet fee, just a reasonable one-time fee per stay). This is the hottest neighborhood in Manhattan, with Broadway, West 57th Restaurant Row, Hudson Yards, and Hell’s Kitchen at your fingertips. I’ll be back!

Most awesome hotel!!
I came here with my daughter for her 16th birthday. This hotel is amazing!! We felt very safe. So close to Time Square. Short walk to Radio City to see the Rockettes. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing!! Great water pressure in the showers and hot water never ran out. Very friendly staff!! Very accommodating when we needed to extend our check out time. The two restaurants next door were so good! We didnt have a chance to eat in the hotel because of timing but the restaurants looked and smelled amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We will for sure be back again!

Terrible customer service, forgot two large important textbooks in the room needed for the following day, called 4 hours later and it took 3-4 calls and a lot of back and forth until finally got a hold of the manager on duty who told me nothing can be found in the room and that no one can check right away until the current guest checks out. I guess asking them to make a quick call and ask the guest to take a look at the shelf was too much to ask. In addition, this is a party hotel. We were on the 23rd floor and the music from the bar on the 27th floor was heard until 2 am. I couldn’t sleep until it was over. This hotel left a bad impression for us. Wouldn’t return.

It’s a well decorated hotel and they did their best to maximize space in the cozy queen room, but they really should include housekeeping every day at no extra charge considering the shower floods the bathroom floor and you have to use all your towels to dry the floor and then the towels never dry. The bed is a bit hard as well. There was a ball of hair in the shower when i arrived and a long black hair in the bed- they gave me a $75 f&b credit but I had to use it all at once so I got an omelette and left $25 for the tip even though my server basically forgot I existed. Other than those issues, it’s a pretty boutique hotel!

Tightest room in NYC
Room was extremely small. No place to store luggage, shoes, items except undergarments and 2 coats/jackets. This hotel room would have been fine for a lone traveler with very minimal baggage. The elevator situation was horrible during the evening. They block of two of the larger elevators for restaurant guests, and leave the extremely small elevator for hotel guests who are paying 1000’s to stay. The hotel was pretty, the staff was nice, but for two girls traveling with 2 suitcases and 2 overnight bags, it was extremely tight. Would only recommend if traveling alone and not going out after 10.
