Hotel was convenient to subway stations. We stayed to be closer to Brooklyn Half marathon. Great room with a refrigerator. We also had an amazing view of WTC and memorial pools. Would definitely stay at this location again.

For being in such great location, these place locks and cleaning this in their rooms, they have the drinking water glass above the toilet, these people should know that that is a no no to do The whole place is carpet, and the carpet needs to be clean is so dirty. You are afraid to walk, barefoot I book a king size bedroom, and they put me in a queen size room without explaining what they did even though I asked for these in particular, they didn’t even apologize for it and they still wanted to charge me the same price, I had to point this out to The front desk person in order to get the price corrected I do love the restaurant is amazing, the food and the view is a spec spectacular

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and greeted you every time they see you. My only complaint was the hotel room staff that did not clean our room.

We were placed in a handicap accessible room. The room was a regular room, but the bathroom was a disaster…even a handicapped person couldn’t use it, and the staff were unwilling to help us in any way.

This hotel was absolutely HORRENDOUS. It was so bad that I cut my stay short. The hotel is not affiliated with any parking garages; they are only allowed to recommend where to park. When we went to the recommended garage, they were turning people away. We searched for 45 minutes to find parking and because we didn't park in their recommended garage, I had to pay the $92 overnight parking fee. Afterwards, all I wanted to do was shower and sleep. The shower water was ICE COLD. My traveling partner went to shower as well, but the washcloth was smeared with a previous guest's makeup. Staff upgraded our room. In the second room, the shower head was absolutely FILTHY. The wallpaper was peeling, the outlets were loose, and by then I'd decided I'd had enough. I paid WAY too much for an experience even a highway-side motel wouldn't give me.
