Location, staff was good. Staff helped us arranged taxi service to the airport and was very helpful with enquiries. Rooms are spacious and clean. Could fit 3 big luggage with space to walk. The only downside was I could hear the traffic outside. Every siren (which happened a lot since it’s New York), horn, shout, any noise from the street below. Room wasn’t soundproof properly.

Once you get over the size of the room, it’s a nice place. Staff is kind and helpful and they are there all the time. We stayed on the 4th floor. Room was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good but oddly not very warm water.

No water between 11pm and 5am, I received no notification about this prior to my stay. No email was shared, nothing upon booking, I visited the hotel in the morning to drop off my bags no notice and upon checking in (past 12am) no notice at the front desk. The room had a note on the ground in the room that appeared to have been slipped under doors stating the water would be off. Received no water bottles in the room, zero forethought on how to prep guests. No refunds and poor staff management at the front desk stating guests have been informed …because there’s a note.

Check in was easy and fast. Front desk staff is very friendly and courteous. Rooms are a bit outdated, but clean. Bed isn’t the comfiest but fine for a few nights. Coffee area is quite nice and terrace is an added bonus. Water stations on every floor. Close to transport and a safe neighborhood.
