Great location right in mid-town, clean and comfortable hotel. The only thing I wish it had was breakfast in the hotel, but honestly, that's not a huge deal with so many other options nearby. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

Though centrally located, there was little to no street noise in the room. The air conditioner was difficult to operate but we managed. The staff was gracious as we entered and left the hotel and accommodated our request for more towels and hangers. We were disappointed that the last two days we were unable to use the coffee machine and sit on the outdoor space on the top of the building.

Excellent location. Anything you need is at most two blocks away. Proximity to Grand Central Station makes getting around town super easy. Room 1004 was large (by NYC standards) and well equipped. Really loved the terrace and living room space on the 27th floors. And the free espresso drinks and water. Great laundry facility as well.

This is probably my new favorite property. The location is fantastic, just steps away from Grand Central Terminal as well as multiple bus lines which makes commuting very easy. The property itself is well maintained. Lobby is always clean and the guest hallways always smell nice and fresh and the carpets are vacuumed to perfection. The rooms are also well cleaned and have a nice fresh smell. Shout out to every single housekeeper and houseman because I know how manually taxing it is to keep the rooms clean and tidy but you are all doing an amazing job. The staff is so friendly, everyone I encountered made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Front desk agents are also very helpful. I will definitely be back.
