A wonderful weekend stay at Club Quarters Hotel - Grand Central. Appreciated that it was within walking distance of Grand Central and the NYC subway, and despite being in the heart of the city the rooms were still quiet and offered a very comfortable good night's sleep. Appreciated the services of a luggage hold both before/after check in/out, and the upper floor guest lounge with complimentary espresso coffee/cold drinking water/tables to eat meals if you bought takeout from any of the surrounding cafes. Thank you to the kind and helpful staff (Jocelyn, Aaron) - will definitely stay again when visiting NYC.

I have stayed here quite a few times and love the location. The staff are polite and helpful. The stay was satisfactory. My room was clean, but unfortunately there were some small flaws: the shower handle in the bathroom was somewhat loose, as was one of the coat pegs mounted to the wall. Only one plug/USB point was working (out of 3). They are minor things, and I understand that some guests can be careless in their treatment of property, but attention to detail makes the difference between an “ok” experience and a really nice one.

Lovely property, excellent value for the room rate. 24 hour coffe/tea/water service, and a lounge area on the 27th floor that was amazing. The staff are all excellent, responsive, helpful, always with a smile and a cheerful greeting. I’ll look here first when coming to NYC again
