Loved this hotel. No frills lobby, but complimentary filtered water dispenser in hallway, complimentary espresso machine, great lounge with a view, clean room, great and friendly staff, great location, plenty of outlets, small but functional room. Very close to Grand Central which literally connects to EVERYTHING! A very great hotel for anyone who doesn’t care about an impressive lobby. Will remember this place for next time.

Easy check-in/out, Very accommodating front-desk. The Superior room with Kitchen is cozy enough for 2 with a table & small couch. Unfortunately i noticed that some spots in the room are very dusty and the microwave is also unclean. But overall it's 3.5/5, coz it's accessible and cheap for an almost last minute booking for New Year.

First NYC trip! Unforgettable!
Amazing trip to NYC. Our hotel was very accommodating , friendly, and helpful. We LOVED having 24 hour access to the filtered water bottles on each floor as well as the coffee machine and the beautiful terrace at the top! This hotel is super convenient as it’s a few steps to Grand Central Station to catch a subway. We also got to go watch our beloved Nebraska Huskers play and win their first Bowl game in 8 years.

The phone number that is listed in expedia is not correct, we tried contacting the hotel for reservation adjustments and date changes. Unfortunately no one was able to make the change. If i cannot make changes or communicate with the hotel it makes me uncomfortable.

The staff were so nice. They acknowledged me every single time I walked by the lobby. When I first arrived they let me check in hours before check in. This was greatly appreciated as I had a very early flight and I was tired.

This is my "go to" hotel for visiting family in Brooklyn. The subway is right across the street, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean, updated, and has a lovely patio to enjoy the views and fresh air. The refillable water bottle station is a huge plus!
