It was really Expedia that we have the issue with. When we got to New York, the manager Aman, told us that YOU, Expedia was suppose to contact us and tell us that our reservation was cancelled. YOU, Expedia did not notify us at all. In fact, only after the manager got us another room at a different hotel did I get an email from you. YOU, Expedia, did not communicate anything to us. We have used your company for several years, and we are extremely disappointed with you and your company. We drove all the way to NewYork, parked our car in a lot that we could not get it back until we leaved, only to find out that when we got to our hotel, our reservation was cancelled two weeks before and YOU, Expedia did not let us know. I have ambulatory issues and our hotel which we reserved was only 3 blocks from the Theater district, became a 15 city blocks distance from the Theater district. We had to pay for taxi's everyday which we hadn't planned on. Still no apology from you. Like I said we have used Expedia for years going to Secrets of Maroma Beach in Mexico, Hawaii, New York, Europe, and all of our travel. We were thinking of going back to Secrets in Mexico, but we fear using your company again, from the disastrous experience we had from Expedia this last trip. Could you tell me how and what will you do to return our faith in Expedia. And please for the last time..My Name is DIANE not Lisa, Lisa is my Wife and you always address our correspondence with Lisa
