This was our first time in New York the staff members was always kind and helped so very much especially when we needed directions to places they were so very helpful and kind 20 outta 10 highly recommend even gave us some tips on how to get to places and gave us wonderful ideas on places to see the while we was there

Meets the requirements and good location.
The location of this hotel is great. The staff was attentive and very friendly, but it took numerous requests to make a simple fix to get our TV working. I recommended that the engineer show all staff members how to do it. The hotel is dated and rooms are sparse. New carpeting and repairing chipped paint would help. The bathrooms are extremely small. That said, the bed and pillows are comfortable, water is hot and we did not hear street noise. There is a small desk in the king room we booked, so it is possible to work on a laptop. Overall, our experience was good - and if you aren’t looking for bells and whistles, I would recommend the hotel.
