The staff were super helpful. It was an ecofriendly hotel. It was very convenient for what we wanted to do. The shower water got really nice and warm.

i like the location, and staff were friendly. Drinks were provided. The room was less than ideal. Sliding door to the bathroom was broken. the sound proof wasn't that great either. Hot water was on and off, lasted for only a few seconds. i had to take cold showers every day.

I would say everything was perfect. This Hotel exceeded our expectation. The assigned rooms were big enough and comfortable. Everyone at the front desk and in charge of services at the hotel were very efficient and kind. This is a hotel in a very safe and convenient place in Manthattan. Important sites to visit, good restaurants, convenience stores and more are a few steps from the hotel or at a short walking distance. Even iconic places are at a less than a half hour walk, on enjoyable paths. I do advise everyone visiting Manhattan NY to stay here. Congratulations to the whole staff

Staff were superb, the area was very walkable and loaded with places to eat. Rooms were small, lacked a safe and also a microwave. We didn't have a mini-fridge but the staff kindly brought one up for us. The lounge area is very nice, but the staff said it will be repurposed in an upcoming renovation. All in all, a very nice place for a short stay.

Staff was wonderful. Location was perfect. Central to walk to places... times square, byrant park, central park, Rockefeller and many food and shopping options. They held our luggage so we could go walking without having to take them with us after checkout. No breakfast included (coffee, tea ,water were included), but there are so many options nearby, it was fine. Our room was small and eventhough we had reserved a room with a queen bed but got a double bed instead, we were happy with the room. It was clean, neat and had what we needed. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Manhattan.

Our experience at the hotel has been far from what was advertised on Expedia. The photos of the rooms do not match reality at all. Additionally, the housekeeping schedule is extremely inconsistent—some days they come as early as 9 a.m., while on other days, they don’t arrive until 4 p.m. To make matters worse, there is no still water provided in the rooms, which is surprising given the high price we’re paying. The tap water was flowing yellow.. At the very least, courtesy water bottles should be available. Based on these issues, I will be requesting a partial refund.

The staff where very nice. The young lady at night helped inform us about parking. The bathroom was too small but overall it was warm, cozy, and my home away from home. Great place to stay.
