This was my first stay at Club Quarters, and I will stay at one of their properties in the future. Everything went smoothly with my stay, and I found the staff to be extremely accommodating and attentive to my needs. The only problem I encountered was that a restaurant across the street had a sidewalk party and it was very noisy one night, making it difficult to get sleep—this wasn’t the fault of the hotel, but be aware that the Times Square area can be noisy at times. All in all, I would stay at this location and would try other locations too, as the Club Quarters was well run and the staff did everything possible to make my stay pleasant.

The hotel was very clean and well-appointed, perfect for a business trip. The location was great, close to everything in Midtown: 30 Rock, Times Square, and shopping on Fifth Avenue. I loved the Nespresso machine in the room. The only complaint is that the housekeeping staff started walking around the hallways at 8 a.m., which was very noisy. Especially the sound of the keys on the staff's belt or pants. I know that's an odd complaint, but it drove me crazy! It's just not a nice way to be woken up in the morning.

The Club Quarters Hotel Times Square is in an excellent location for those visiting Times Square and the Theater District. It is comfortable and well maintained. It is also in a very attractive neighborhood.

This review will sound harsh - Pretty disappointed with this hotel given the price. Needs a significant update, painting, cleaning - our rooms aircon was noisy and dirty, no window to be opened or view from it. No food options, not even breakfast, no bar - basically it was an expensive place to simply sleep. Staff were super helpful, polite and couldn’t do enough to help - just let down by extremely tired premises in need of upgrading.

From beginning to end, our stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend Club quarters to anyone who want to spend some time in New York City. We were walking distance to the main attractions and subway stations. The suite where we stayed was very clean and updated. We really enjoyed the complementary water on our floor and the free upgrade.

The hotel staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Warning - DO NOT use the parking garage suggested "Central Parking Garage" We and several other customers experienced bad service and were overcharged. There are plenty of other garages you can park at for less and with better service.
