I liked the fact that the hotel was located close to the airport so it was easy to get there. Breakfast was excellent and the food tasted great! The only thing was that snacks were very expensive.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn because of a long layover. The shuttle was efficient and on-time. They even turned back to collect us because we were waiting in extremely cold weather. The shuttle drivers and hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again if needed. This hotel does a great job and we highly recommend them.

Comfortable budget airport hotel
I loved my stay here but it was for one night only. We kept getting cancelled and rebooked flights, which is exhausting coming from overseas since the crack of dawn local time. Realizing that many flights were going to be cancelled inevitably, I decided to have our tickets rebooked for the first available flight next day instead. The hotel is $20 cash via JFK taxi, which is cheaper than ride-share. Also people complained about the hotel shuttle but honestly we got up and checked out at 7:30am and got on a shuttle that a family reserved to T1 and we were going to T4. It was convenient but we did skip our breakfast. We got through security quickly before all the other travelers made it in. The pillows were comfortable and the sheets are so soft! A rare comfort compared to the two weeks of Airbnbs in Italy and a long international flight with long times at a busy airport. They even have Toto toilets! My only complaint was the noise outside. You can hear people clear as day unless you are on a higher floor. The type of convos that happen on the property are interesting to say the least. Nothing a good pair of earplugs can;t block (byo). For the proximity, I can’t really complain about said compromise. This is a perfect airport hotel for me!
