I suggest that for breakfast scheduled should be 6:30 to 10:00. As for the area the only downfall is there are two much trucks and it’s located new to the road salt company: not great of a view. Everything else is good.

Room assigned had dirty carpeting, wallpaper was peeling off walls. Hallway felt dirty as well. Bathroom floor was not clean. Room was next to elevator shaft . Was very noisy along with loud outside noise .

Nice hotel, perfect for late arrivals.
Awesome service, even arriving in a very late flight, perfect service of the shuttle and the breakfast was amazing: fruits, eggs, tea and coffee.

Perfect when needing to spend a night close to JFK
This hotel was perfect for my use, between 2 airplanes at JFK. Staff was friendly and the shuttle between airport and hotel was fast (I was maybe lucky that there was shuttle right there when I arrived at Federal Circle station).

Noisy outside from people yelling. People were also loud and yelling in the hallway briefly. No lightbulb in one of the bedside tables. Staff was friendly and professional. Shower had great water pressure, and plenty of hot water. Towels were soft and fluffy.

The hotel interior and room were clean and the staff was nice, efficient, and attentive. The shuttle from the airport is very convenient also. That being said, the hotel is adjacent to the public sanitation department, there is refuse everywhere outside, and besides has very limited parking.
