Stolen my new shoes
I had a terrible experience. A pair of new shoes that I had bought in New York City was stolen from my room. The lobby staff refused to file a complaint or report the situation. The hotel manager was contacted and he did not file a report. During the cleaning of the room, the shoe case, box and the tennis shoes were stolen. It was a gift for my wife. I do not recommend the hotel. The employees treated me unkindly. You can call me at 7874316116 for an interview, in Spanish.

The area around this property is very rough. The desk is encased behind bulletproof glass and there's a guard in the lobby at night. We were on the 4th floor and the elevator was out for half of our stay. The HVAC unit blocks one side of the bed. We stayed for 5 nights and our room keys were deactivated on the third night. I had to go down to the lobby after midnight and wait behind a very long check in for new cards when the elevator was not working. They only clean the rooms every 3 days and they did not refill the facial tissue, toilet paper, nor change our bath towels. There are automatic lights when you first enter the room and in the bathroom. They go off if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. There's a lot of traffic noise 24/7.

Elevator was broken for several days and had to walk up several flights of stairs with luggage and children. One vending machine and it never had water. Ice machine was located on another floor was had to use stairs. Cockroaches in the room. Domestic violin my floor and had several police officers in the building.
