We checked in very late, nonetheless the night auditor was welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating!!! The room was clean, well kept and surprisingly spacious. We dined at their restaurant which also was very clean and the servers were friendly, patient and helpful. Thank you Hailey(F.D) and Myra(F&B) for your stellar service. My family and I will be back!

All around excellent hotel

My wife and I searched all over for a perfect location to stay during our trip to NYC for a family wedding. This hotel could not have been a more perfect location. Extremely convenient location for travel not only in Manhattan but being located right off the E line train was perfect for getting in and out of Brooklyn and Queens. It seemed as if everything we could have possibly wanted to do was within 15 minutes by either walking or train. Food and amenities around the hotel are also very good and the hotels 12th floor lounge was perfect for breakfast and relaxing to get some work done during the day. Only slight negative I had, and it’s really just being picky, is that after walking nearly 15 miles all around Manhattan our first day in town, the bed was a little stiffer than I would have liked. However, a nice hot shower and quick stretch the next morning my wife and I were both right back at it. 10/10 would recommend to any other travelers looking for great, clean, and convenient hotel in Manhattan.

Difficult to get a room with 3 separate beds so appreciate the Courtyard by Marriott having a room with 2 Queens and a sofa bed. The sofa bed could use a new matress however. The bathroom was a little small and could have used more lighting. Appreciated the fast elevation and the area in the 12th floor was spacious and bright for relaxing. Overall a positive experience.

The people at the front desk were so kind, they made my birthday special. The hotel is walking distance from a lot of attractions. I forgot the name of the man that checked me in but it was May 30th, 2025, around 5:30pm you’re amazing!!! Thank you again!

The staff was generally very nice and welcoming. The Black young woman working the front desk Saturday morning was a rude and nasty. She should be fired. I'm sorry, I didn't get her name, but she nearly forced me into "having one of my things" with her! Just horrible at customer service.
