Our stay, was OK. The room was nice and the staff were very friendly. However, after calling the hotel to tell them that my flight was delayed and we didn't know how long the delay would be my room was almost canceled even though they knew that we would be arriving after 3am due to the delay. Then, when we did get to the hotel after a very long travel day we had to stand at the front desk for almost 45 minutes as the hotel's computers went down. Then we struggled to get upstairs with our bags as the staff used the guest elevators as service elevators and we were crammed into an elevator meant for 6 people (we were a group of 3 with luggage) with a staff member bringing up 2 huge linen carts. Once we got to our room, we realized we shared a wall with the elevator which knocks and bangs against the wall all day and night. Finally, when we got up the next morning there was zero hot water for any of our showers (I've never experienced this at any hotel before). It was just an odd stay when we expect and usually get a much better stay at a Marriott property. We didn't complain to the front desk because honestly we didn't want to bother them and really, there was nothing they could do. The staff continued to use the elevator as a service elevator, we'd have to pack up and move all of our stuff to get away from the elevator but, I'm not sure we even could have, and the water issue was a water heater issue as the hot water seemed to run out by a certain point in the morning.
