The shuttle service is very good. Our drivers have always been very professional and courteous. Emily who works at the front desk is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She gave us helpful information for getting around in New York during our stay. She always had a smile for everyone and NEVER made you feel like you were a bother- even when she was busy.

Friendly and reliable staff. The airport shuttle is really 24 hrs and no need to schedule ahead of time. I picked this hotel because it had 24 hr airport shuttle and we were actually brought to the airport at 230am without an issue. The drivers and front desk were super nice. Our room was clean and quiet. Our view from our window was the highway but a neighborhood that the hotel was in. But oh well. The price per night was not as expensive as other JFK airport hotels.
