Decent stay, although missing some comforts
Clean, safe place to stay; although there were some basics we missed: i.e. reliable access to ice on the floors indicated, the available foods in the onsite dining area were limited everyday, among with last minutes closures for dining and bar service. We also had a fire alarm sound, with very little/poor communication to the rooms, by phone to front desk and with lobby staff. It's unsettling to see staff suppressing the alarm at the fire panel, while others on staff have conflicting accounts of the issue. Aside, only 1 woman at the front desk (I wish I recalled her name), greeted people upon entry from the doors and elevator in the lobby. ALL staff must smile and greet guests.

The Hotel was very nice. The check in was easy and the breakfast very good. The back yard is wonderful to spend a couple hours talking back there. Highly recommended.

Impolite and inefficient front desk. No other service is available, call on the guest service line and there is no response. Only coffee machine is available in the room, no tea at all for your morning. We were given a room that was part of a two room set, the noisy neighbours and proximity to highway made it uncomfortable to sleep for our 10 hour stay in the hotel. Never again …

Property is not bad for the area.. however make sure they don’t give your reserved room, it happen twice and the staff member stated there was a leak in room.. The staff member was rode at the front desk..
