Great place. Modern, quiet, clean and great location. Awesome service by the staff. The restaurant’s hotel is pretty good too. 5 minute walk from Pen Station subway.

Very clean as indicated by when I put lotion on my feet and no dirt appeared from the floor or carpet. Smelled like bleach when I first arrived. However, forgot to give me breakfast vouchers until next evening. Did recommend parking garage and with hotel validation, The fee was $100 instead of $180. Excellent location for attending theatre, enjoying restaurants, and walk to Chelsea and the Village.

Easy access for a family
Great location for access to garment district, subway, theater district. It was walkable. The hotel seemed freshly renovated, except for the television (no streaming or screen sharing capabilities). We would stay again.

Service was great! The staff made sure to greet us every time we passed by the front desk. This was a very touching service. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every time we stepped out. The temperature in the hotel was kept very cool which was great since it was very warm and humid outside. The room had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the restaurant very much!

Fine as a base for exploring Midtown Manhattan. V convenient for Penn station. Times Sq etc. easily walkable. Room on the small side, but ok for NYC. Street on which it’s on is a bit scruffy, but get past that and all is fine

Lovely room with large windows so bright, even though there was no view on the 14th floor; great bathroom; not far from the subway and also great for serious walkers and joggers with the Highline and Central Park and the Hudson River paths reasonably close as well as many museums within walking distance for people who enjoy walking. The fridge and Keirig in the room were a BIG plus.
