Wonderful stay, steps from Times Square
We loved our stay here! It was steps away from Times Square and there were many options for restaurants nearby. It was within easy walking distance of Rockefeller Center and Fifth Avenue. I appreciated the security measures, like checking that you have a room key before allowing you to go up to the rooms. There is a little store for a quick breakfast in the morning. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a great time!

Low quality at a very high price
Although the location was great, the condition of the room was very poor. The bath tub was very old and peeling, the walls were dirty, the carpet was stained and had not been cleaned. The towels had holes and were very old and looked like cleaning rags. The room was never dusted or properly cleaned. We paid over $750 per day and the toilet paper provided was the lowest quality and probably the cheapest. It is an absolute disgrace to pay that much money and be subjected to such a low quality environment.

Spacious room. Clean, and comfortable bed. Very hot and hard to regulate the heat. Maintenance came and opened our window to cool off the room. There is no restaurant on site. Grab and Go Cafe for coffee in the morning takes about 45 minutes in line. Two gentlemen doing their best. The lack of amenities is why the 3 stars.

Heating failed on wintery day, outdoor temp 34 degrees F. Staff quickly attended and attempted repair. Unable so brought electric heater and blanket for 3 nights. Cold air continued from fan. Expect better for US$900 per night.

The property and room were both great. Wonderful location with lots do. The only negative was hot water. The showers we took were cold. After calling the front desk it sounds like it’s a continual issue at the hotel. Had to run the water for about 10 minutes and the hottest it got was luke warm.
