This hotel was one of the best ones that I have stayed at in NYC! Very clean, friendly staff, and convenient for the Javits Center. The area around it was OK, a little busy next to the Port Authority. However, rooms were spacious and nice, perfect for four people. I have a few suggestions though, and one would be to bring your own pillow! Maybe I am too picky, but the pillows were a bit lumpy for my taste. My second suggestion would be to pay attention to the resort fee! All hotels in NYC have a fee, this is no surprise at Expedia says it as well, but this fee is transferred to stay credits at this hotel! This is very cool and gives you about 20$ a day to use on food or drinks. I, however, was not aware and was unable to use the credits. Don't let this happen to you and use them!!

Had a great stay here. Didn’t realize in advance there would be a $29 daily fee. However that $29 could be spent in the hotel restaurant. The beds were amazing. I had to find out what brand they were: Beautyrest Hospitality Westbury Plush.

There was a lot of noise in the night and the AC broke and had to change to another room at 3am in result of this. The lamp was also broken. Staff was nice. There’s a mandatory charge of $50 when we check in and $29 is taken.

This is a great basic hotel in NYC! No frills but super clean and friendly staff. It is also right beside a major station - if youre used to commuting then should be fine. Might be a big station for those who are unfamiliar with metro systems. There is some sort of probation office right before you hit the strip of various hotels on this street so sometimes a few interesting characters there! But there are 5-7 hotels all in a row near this one so lots of tourists. As a warning, there is a $29 fee per day that you must pay but you can use it as credits towards the snack bar/restaurant. However, from what I could tell this will be the same cost as your expedia price youre given! Finally - location is super walkable to times square / central park / broadway plays but tucked away so you don’t have to go through there every night like some other popular hotels. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, very attentive and welcoming staff, clean room, decent bed. I love that they have organic shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, lotion and hand soap in large pump bottles. The shower head needs to be replaced but overall good room for the price. I would stay there again.
