Staff were very friendly, helpful, and polite. From the evening I checked in to the morning I checked out! Any minor issues I encountered they were able to resolved and offered tips and suggestions to make our stay in hotel and around the area food.

The room was perfect for me and my husband. We went for our Anniversary. Saw an Off-Broadway show nearby. The bus terminal was literally right across the street which was very convenient for us coming in from Philly. The hotel was very clean, and staff were attentive and professional. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was one of the best ones that I have stayed at in NYC! Very clean, friendly staff, and convenient for the Javits Center. The area around it was OK, a little busy next to the Port Authority. However, rooms were spacious and nice, perfect for four people. I have a few suggestions though, and one would be to bring your own pillow! Maybe I am too picky, but the pillows were a bit lumpy for my taste. My second suggestion would be to pay attention to the resort fee! All hotels in NYC have a fee, this is no surprise at Expedia says it as well, but this fee is transferred to stay credits at this hotel! This is very cool and gives you about 20$ a day to use on food or drinks. I, however, was not aware and was unable to use the credits. Don't let this happen to you and use them!!

Had a great stay here. Didn’t realize in advance there would be a $29 daily fee. However that $29 could be spent in the hotel restaurant. The beds were amazing. I had to find out what brand they were: Beautyrest Hospitality Westbury Plush.
