Great place to stay and amazing staff!
I booked this hotel based on other reviews on how great the staff and overall good experience other guests had while they stayed at the voco hotel Times Square, and I will happily say that the other reviews were spot on! Everyone who worked at this hotel was professional, courteous , smiling and above all happy to help when needed. I recommend to anyone who asks that this is a great place to stay. (And I’m not a typical person who leaves reviews;))

The hotel was just off the beaten track, meaning that it was a quieter street, which was nice. Very clean and comfortable hotel, the lifts were a bit random, but overall the lift delays did not cause any major issues. New York(Manhattan) itself is not as clean as it used to be sadly, which is no slight on this hotel or others, but the legalisation of cannabis(in 2021) ensures there is always a strong smell in the air, and this unfortunately adds to the dirty feel of the city.

It is a good solution close to the main business areas and attractions. It is on the edge of the most beautiful area and has good security and privacy between the rooms. Something at a good price, simple and of good quality for the big city

Old run down property. First 2 nights I only had cold water to shower in. Was told hot water was not possible so shifted me to new room on 14th floor. Major lift isses. They only have 2 lift and one was regularly out of service. On 3 occasions had to walk down 14 stories as the 1 working lift couldn't/wouldn't stop on level 14. In both rooms the safe also didnt work. The so called fitness centre is comprised on a couple of treadmills and a broken cable station.Overall very poor.

Room was extremely small for a family of 4. Going forward I would definitely look for a larger room or a suite. The elevator and other areas of the hotel were a bit worn. The staff were all extremely helpful though.
