The property is nice and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I would comment is the street parking, there is only 1 lane for incoming cars and if you’re taking a Lyft or Uber just make sure you don’t make them wait because they will block the street, but other than that, all else is fine! Close to MSG if you are watching an event there, walkable to Times Square as well!

Booked for a city view. Probably should have lowered expectations. Rooms are old and musty with tight spaces. Staff gave us wrong room number initially and had mixups with our other room as well. Overall, bad experience.

The location and atmosphere was calm and inviting. This was my first time staying in NYC. I was not impressed by the size of the room and the hallway because it was very close. The room had just enough space to walk around for one person. Two people would definitely be a stretch. Because the hallway was so small you could hear everything from the cleaning people and the guests. Overall the experience was good. I just expected a little more space in the room.

Great location in Chelsea and convenient to Penn Station and entertainment options. The outdoor patio is nice for hanging out to enjoy the weather. Clean, great service and staff. I would stay here again!

Hotel has 2 elevator and 1 was not working for a portion of our stay, making it challenging with a room on the 20th floor.
