OK it was July, but my room was so humid that the floor was WET. With the A/C on. The floor is some kind of plastic wood, and when walking on it, my socks would literally soak through. I couldn't take it and left early. I asked another resident if their room was wet, and they said yeah the A/C has been broken.

I truly awful. I really disliked this hotel. The view from the room was of garbage cans. There’s a shortage of elevators so every time was a long wait. The rooms are small and dreary.

Staff was amazing. Great location. My only complaint- and there is nothing they can do about it - is the elevator situation. There are 30 floors with two tiny elevators. This created long waits. Otherwise, I loved the hotel.

I prefer staying at hotels within walking distance to Moynihan Train Hall / Penn Station whose prices are within the budget range. This hotel's location was 1 10 minute walk. Also, of mention, was the more than enough, but not too much, room size. I was there for three nights and therefore needed three sets of towels. Was glad to find that they also included a wash cloth with the bath and hand towel. The hot water was more than sufficient. The room was clean every thing was EXCELLENT. My only issue was with the fact that they only have two elevators. Which often was in use by the house keeping staff. This is not a complain, but, just and observation. And, YEA, I would definitely consider staying there again
