The room was totally fine, nice New York City hotel in Chelsea, I accidentally left my work keys in my hotel room and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and was able to ship my keys to me down in Florida, I really appreciated that and it shows that the staff Care about what they are doing and have consideration for their customers so I highly recommend this property

The location is great so as the price, but our room was tiny and honestly not really clean. The hotel could have done a better job at cleanness and staff should be more welcoming, like at least greet clients and smile.
