This property was a pleasant surprise. Location is wonderful, rooms clean and comfortable, and I love that there is a great lounge area. Modern finishes is also a plus. The only negative is that during busier times of the day, there can be a wait for the elevator.

Nice clean but small rooms which were renovated everything was in working order only negative is waiting for the elevators which were constantly full even though there were 3 of them. Very easy to walk to dining and to subway. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Dirty old hotel. Only 3 elevators. Had to wait over 10 minutes for the elevator. Rooms and beds were small. No fridge. There was a collier that you had to put ice. When opened water was leaking. Our suitcase got wet because of that. Rude staff. We had 4 rooms and everyone was dissapointed.

Property was more outdated than pictured. Staff was lovely though. Overall the hotel was okay but we stayed on the eleventh floor and the elevators were terrible. Long wait times, small and cramped inside, and they made me feel a little sick. We tried taking the stairs multiple times to avoid them that’s how bad it was.

I love this hotel, everything about it is great. the staff is amazing, the food service, the rooms are spacious and clean the bed works every time. My only gripe is the elevator, it can be annoying as it's slow. Other than that, I am always in good hands!
