I’ve stayed here twice and will definitely return. Perfect location, bright rooms, and even standard ones have a lovely view of the Edge. The mattress is very comfortable, and the staff is great – they even found me an umbrella when I arrived in heavy rain. The rooftop is beautiful, and the cookies are unforgettable! Rooms are truly convenient, the location can’t be beat, and I never had any issues with the elevators (whether staying on the 5th floor or the 20th). Highly recommend!

It took almost 2 hours after arriving at the check in time to get a room. The lobby was overflowing with people and luggage for hours prior to check in and still for a few hours after check in as we all waited for our rooms. Bring earplugs because the noise from the halls is a lot while trying to sleep. And prepare to always wait 5-10 min for an elevator because they are very slow. Also the lighting in the room was minimal and made it hard to get ready in the mornings. Some of the good things: bed was very comfortable and they were willing to store our luggage for free.

The hotel was amazing and the staff was super nice and helpful! Dominique & Jane checked in and helped us enjoy our stay even more! Loved the rooftop bar. Pretty decent price for Times Square! Everything is in walking distance or a train away!
