Fantastic hotel, 5 minutes walk to times square and centrally located for all other major tourist attractions. Room was very clean and came with all toiletries required in the bathroom (including conditioner!) Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. There is also storage for luggage which was great when checking in and out. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Air conditioning is a window unit which was a bit noisy and there was a broken old fan in the room. Some of the lights were flickery. Overall it’s alright however the staff was super friendly and check in was a breeze

Wouldn’t come back
No windows. No cable. No broadcast channels. No smart features on TV so only way to use it at all is to connect via a cable. Internet was non existent. Mattress was terrible and had no box spring. Thin mattress on top of metal frame. Room was decently b clean.

Definitely improvements to be made, there was a roach on the floor in the hallway when we walked and the air conditioning looked like it has never been cleaned before. Overall the staff were really nice and friendly and the location was great.

The rooms were fairly basic, but had interesting black and white industrial decor. The hotel is long and skinny, like a dachshund. For NYC, the hotel was a steal with beds for the whole family. My only complaint was that the elevator was out of service the whole time we were there.
