The hotel is great and i'm sure it's amazing in the summer while the pool is open. my only complain was hearing the club updatins (on the penhaotuse) until 4am. Best location ever, Chelsea Market across the street for amazing dining experience.

Dream of a hotel, excellent location

After resolving a reservation error, I had a wonderful two-night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again. I was especially impressed with the bar on the lobby floor—it was exceptional, and the bartender was outstanding (unfortunately, I forgot his name).

Amazing service that clearly values the comfort of the customer. Many NYC hotels now prioritize speed and 'convenience', therefore losing human connection. However, the experience at Dream Downtown was absolutely phenomenal. All the staff here were extremely personable and helpful for any of my needs. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side if you're staying with more than 2 people, but the location is just so perfect you won't be spending much time in the room anyhow. The Dream Downtown was one of the better hotels I've stayed at in NYC and I will definitely be coming back.

Great destination

This is a clean, modern, convenient hotel. A block away from Chelsea Market , City Winery and other extraordinary destinations. Very, very friendly, bend over backwards staff dedicated to great service at a great price, great little cafe!
