Fantastic base for exploring NYC. Hotel was relaxed with a calm feel good vibe. All interactions with staff were excellent. No disturbance from the nightclub as othed reviewers had experienced

Nothing the price for what u get is not worth it they have a 600$ room deposit when u arrive the night club security is rude and unwelcoming mall cop on steroids when we got up their it was 5 people in the bar they acted like celebs were there the coffee place has odd hours so it was closed when people normally wanted coffee morning and night pool was closed we just wanted pics but nope the only friendly staff was the housekeeper (asian) woman bless her heart RUDE UNFRIENDLY UNKIND NO HOSPITALITY NEVER AGAIN

It was my first time staying at this hotel and was recommended by a friend. I enjoyed it very much - super accessible to restaurants and can’t beat the Chelsea Market literally right there. Will be staying here again in the near future for sure!

Watch Out For the Switch!
I was extremely disappointed. I made a reservation for two rooms with two double beds for a one night stay months ago. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the rooms were upgraded to a king bed and a pull out couch and one of the rooms would not be ready until 7pm when check in is at 3. They said the pull out couches would be set up. When we returned at 10pm the pull out couch was not set up and had to call down to the desk to have it done. That’s not what my reservation said nor did we want a pull out and a king! We complained but nothing came of it.
