There is a nightclub on the 12th floor. It goes in until 4am every night! Terrible. Bed is on the floor. No box springs. Terrible stay. Staff was cordial but not helpful. Felt like we were on our own. Views are excellent. Housekeeping staff is excellent. That helps but we honestly hated this place.

Premium Room type we booked and paid for was extremely loud due to club above our room. So to get a quieter room we had to downgrade to a room that was dark and so tiny hard to maneuver in. Still has to pay price for premium room. Then got locked out of our room prior to check out. Was also charged for many mini bar items that we didn’t consume.

This hotel is not a place for people who are about 40 and older. The bed is a platform bed and is only about 2 feet off the ground so if you have a bad back or bad knees, it’s gonna be very difficult for you to get in and out of the bed. The chair they had in there was not great and the other chair was lower than the bed. The floor is cement with only one area rug under the bed if you turn the bathroom light on you wake everyone up because it’s all smoked glass. There is a lot of nightlife in the hotel, they have a nightclub on the seventh floor and they play loud music in the lobby constantly. The staff was very friendly, very nice, but just not a place I recommend to stay for those who are 40 and older. Also, the toilet in the bathroom is higher than the bed is and I couldn’t put my feet flat on the floor.
