Nice room: comfy bed, not cramped like most New York hotels. Great shower. Could amp up fun details like drinking water in the room, 2 robes instead of one, microwave — especially given the extra fees. Coffee shop attached has nice folks but the offerings are second rate (though just as expensive) to the class of the hotel and tangential. restaurant. Definitely recommend going elsewhere for coffee or breakfast.

The room only had one small garbage can in the bathroom, drawers in closet were broken and didn’t function properly, late night bass sounds from nightclubs. Overall, good value, walkable to many nearby areas for shopping and dining, friendly staff.

I loved the property. I come from a creative background and the artwork throughout on the first floor is great, great, great. Down to the throw pillows on the seating. Only constructive criticism I have at this time, add help at the hotel entry with baggage, unloading, etc.

The hotel was very trendy looking with a great vibe i. a fabulous area close to restaurants and shopping. The actual rooms were Clean and comfortable but could have used a bit more lighting. The front desk staff were professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I did feel as though there were not enough staff. There was no doorman so I had to struggle to get the heavy doors open and bring my luggage in. I. addition there was no room service which sometimes is helpful to have. Lastly the parking costs were extremely high.

Great choice for a mini staycation
Booked here for NYE as a staycation since our building gets pretty loud and my partner and I wanted to turn in early, and needed a dog friendly option. For the most part, this was a solid choice. The hotel did have some pretty big and loud parties, which *I* should have researched before booking, but even still, things were pretty quiet and manageable. Friendly staff, comfy bed, and really nice shower. Would definitely consider staying here again. Near LOTS of good dining.

convenient to chelsea, village, meatpacking and midtown - the suites are excellent, the regular rooms are too tiny. If you don't mind the pounding bass from the multiple night clubs at the property shaking the entire hotel until the wee hours (I actually find it soothing) than this is the hotel for you
