It’s a good location. Price was good. A nice hotel overall but there isn’t much you could do about Manhattan noise in traffic.

A place to sleep
It was a good place to sleep. Surprisingly there wasn’t a lot of noise from the elevator next to our room. Nothing really special about it. The room looked like it needed updating. It also needed more outlets and a trashcan for the room(the only trashcan was in the bathroom.) The staff were friendly, and the connecting restaurant was delicious. It was close to where we needed to go. Would be willing to stay again, if we ever come back to NY.

The room was beaten down, furniture was missing paint. One of the lamps didn’t work, and the mini fridge was not in use. However the bathroom was clean and modern which we appreciated.

Good Experience
Good experience. Excellent location. Safe to walk around times square and Rockefeller Center areas. Many subways accesses just around the block. Overall I feel satisfied after staying in there.

Property is in need of renovation. Furniture worn and broken, lights didn’t work, base boards filthy, windows leaked water, mini fridge didn’t work, house keeper was pushy and took away a dessert I brought back from dinner. Staff was nice and it was in a convenient location.

It was a decent stay for the price. Seems a little broken in, the hallways are not pretty to walk through. Roof top party was loud & attracted a lot of people into the lobby, a lot of the photos are in places that are only on the penthouse and have limited access. It was a place to sleep not a place to enjoy.

For a place to be under the Hyatt name, this was way below standards.Rooms: like a dorm (small, bland, furniture is very warn, looks like it’s from thrift shop, carpet is disgusting, unattached light in closet, stains on ceiling). No window curtains ((but the hooks are there!).. Seriously, the thickest window blinds couldn’t keep the Times Square lights out! High voltage lights coming in through every single crack that the blinds didn’t cover.. It was like daylight at all hours of the night.. Please reinstall the curtains!!! Safe didn’t work.. I asked the front desk twice (in person since nobody was answering phones at reception= understaffed) for someone to come and look at it, but nothing. Nobody came! The funniest thing is that the hotel charges a 30USD per day resort fee! For what exactly?? No idea..

We’d Come Again
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is an old building but well maintained and with more historical flair. The lobby was so nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly. It’s only a 10 min walk to Times Square and 2 min to the Subway. We would stay here again.
