Great stay, close to the United Palace theater where we went for a show. Luis at the front desk was so helpful. I made an error when booking my stay and he was very accommodating and kind. The room was updated and very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Great stay

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is located on a quiet street, just a block from the subway. The street felt safe and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room is on the small side but has everything you need. If you are coming with a lot of suitcases, you might feel a little cramped, but we were perfectly accommodated with our two bags. There are ample toiletries, all usual amenities, a safe, a Keurig, and even bottled water. The room was exceptionally clean!! The only downside was that the seal in the shower wasn't excellent, and after our showers we noticed that there was a sizeable puddle behind the toilet. I've had this happen in other hotels, and unfortunately its just bad design, not the hotel's fault. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The hotel room was very nice. The size was small, but that was to be expected in NY. The staff was extremely kind as well as hospitable. The lobby, hallways, and room were clean and tiday. I enjoyed the workout facility as well as the gatheeing room downstairs that had a microwave and tables with plenty of comfy seating. Overall we had a great stay and if I came to Nay again, I would definitely rebook this hotel.

The view of the city from our room was amazing ! The staff was wonderful, kind, compassionate and helpful. In the future, I will NOT use Expedia as the people that I reached out to regarding a death in our family that required a cancellation was ignored. The hotel was more than happy to refund or credit our stay however, Expedia lied and said that they were unable to reach the hotel. The hotel received NO communication from Expedia. I will be deleting my Expedia app and I will share this information with anyone I know. I will in the future reach out to the hotel on my own.
