The staff at this hotel were above and beyond helpful and very nice! The rooms are basic and clean. Lots of hot water and good water pressure! It’s in an industrial neighborhood and looks a little run down.

We were there for 3 nights. The facility had meager parking, location was in a warehouse district near airport. No walking distance restaurants nearby. Lighting in the area was poor. Rooms were clean and staff were polite.

Convienent and friendly

Quick stay for the airport. Very friendly reception, had warm cookies upon arrival and lemonade which was nice. Parking is very limited. Across from police academy so we always felt safe. Shuttle to airport. Clean.

The property was fine, quiet and the hotel staff have manners. I wish that when requests were made to front desk, such as for more toilet paper to be placed in the bathroom, that I didn’t have to wait over an hour for it. Also, the breakfast was average and there are limited options with the same foods given each day. So guests’ best bet is to venture out or order from Uber Eats for food. The hotel is also located near the NY Police Academy so for me, it was alarming to see so many officers in training and yet, felt a sense of safety. I appreciate the airport shuttle bus transportation to and from the hotel which was timely. A good stay overall, and I would return to this hotel, if needed.
