Unbelievable!!! Ridiculous!! I specifically sent a message in advance that we had a late flight and wouldn’t need a shuttle from the airport to hotel. I received an email from hotel stating to call a specific number for pick up. When I called the number the front desk told me the shuttle could not pick us up. It was too late and hung up on me. I attempted to call back multiple times and they just kept forwarding my phone call to an automated operator. After an Uber ride, and I checked in, I informed the representative that I needed to be in contact with the manager to refund my Uber ride. He played dumb like he didn’t understand English. I’m going to call the manager & corporate. I’m a Marriott member and I’m very displeased how this was handled!!

The facility was clean. Gal at the check in was a Dollie. Very friendly & answered all our questions. Breakfast was pleasant & this hotel had shuttle service to LaGuardia airport which was great.

I have stayed in this hotel several times due to its location. The rooms need to be updated. This experience wasn't great due to the loud AC and blinking light in my room.

Property needs to upgrade/remodel. Carpet, and bathroom tile needs to be replaced. Also, upgrade to shower only. Also, room needs more ports for the numerous electronic devices that people have now. Example: computer, tablets/iPad, IWatch, etc. The breakfast and afternoon snacks were good.

There was food left in the refrigerator with mold. We told house keeping and she didnt apeak english so we told the front desk and 2 days later it was still in there. The beds killed my back and the bathrooms had no counter space. You could see light coming theough the door as the casing was off center. That was a bit scarey.

While the hotel was close to the airport, it appeared to be in an industrial type area. Did not see any restaurants near. Had to get a delivery. Never stayed in a hotel that had rooms in the basement and this would not draw me to this hotel again.
