Perfect location within walking distance to Times Square and subways. The hotel is nested between other hotels and across the street from the Port Authority bus terminals, so there isn’t anything in the direct vicinity for shopping, dining, or entertainment. Free breakfast from 6:30-10:30 M-F and 7-11 on the weekends. The elevators are small and very busy around 9am so not a great time to try and leave if you are in a hurry. The room keys required multiple attempts to operate the elevator and unlock the room. Otherwise, all staff was very friendly and can’t beat the price!

For a price of £100, I thought this was excellent value for money. The room was spacious and had an excellent view of the skyline. It was completely quiet but that was never going to be the case so close to Times Square and after one night, it was easy to adjust to. The breakfast was basic but perfect for a traveller and seemed really popular amongst guests. Moreover, the gym was simple but had enough to work up a sweat and will be looking to come back here if I visit NY anytime soon!

Incredibly friendly front desk staff, however the entire lobby smells like commercial grade perfume. It was so very heavily scented that have me hives. The room itself was down. Typical lackluster room but it was very, very dark, even with all the lights on. The sink was broken and would spray water from the handle all over the sink as well, but it was good for one night.

I read a few reviews on other hotels, people complaint about the elevador being slow and the breakfast not being good enough. I liked my stay at this hotel, it was clean, staff was great, breakfast was really good, lots of options.
