We were assigned room 402 and immediately noticed that the bathroom flush was not working. We tried to report the issue using the room service phone, but it wouldn’t connect to the front desk. As a result, we had to go down to the front desk multiple times to request urgent assistance. It took about 1–2 hours before a plumber arrived to address the issue, during which time we were unable to use the washroom. This caused significant discomfort, especially for my parents, who struggled during the wait. Due to the delay, we missed our scheduled rides for the cruise trip to Liberty Hill and had to purchase new tickets, resulting in additional expenses. Even after the repair, the issue wasn’t fully resolved. We informed the front desk again while checking out, hoping they would fix it properly before assigning the room to another guest.

The property was Central close to subways and to Times Square when we got there. The front desk was very helpful, especially jalissa The breakfast s were good. There was a great rooftop bar. Two hotels down the Aliza great view!

The Marriott Bonvoy locations I've been to have been consistently comfortable, clean and convenient. This location is in a dense area between Times Square/Hell's Kitchen. It is across from the Port Authority which makes it extremely convenient for all kinds of public transportation but also can be a little sketchy at night with some open drug use but it is always busy with foot traffic so it's safe for the most part. Once inside the hotel it is very safe, and an oasis in a hectic and bustling city.

The front desk staff were very accommodating. We liked the fact that we were given an upgrade from a queen to a king size room, as well as getting a room on the 30th floor with a view of the city, when I mentioned it was a belated 16 yr. Anniversary trip. We were also given 2 bottles of water, along with a box of truffles. I liked the safety feature of having to scan your room card to use the elevator, bathroom and restaurant. I liked that upon checkout, we were able to check our luggage on a storage room since our shuttle was coming almost 4 hours later. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety. The only addition I would like to see is on your menu is BACON. They only had sausage. Ms. Karen Cerdeno, the Asst. Front Office Manager, was willing to make sure all our needs were met. She had a big warm smile whenever we interacted. On our future trips to NY, we will be booking with your hotel.

Staff was so friendly, check in was so easy, the hotel was so clean and smelled good. Breakfast was good just wish the variety would have changed but the waffles were awesome. Loved that security was so great no getting anywhere in the elevator without a key and front door locked after midnight. Best hotel we have stayed in on all our trips to NYC. Would recommend to anyone. Just wish price was better but so worth it.

Affordable Clean Hotel Near Times Square

Room was spotless, bed and pillows very comfortable, and front staff super friendly. Gave me a discount for self-parking. Nice breakfast, although a bit crowded. Slow elevators given so many floors; hard to empty the building quickly at 9:00am.
