Compared to other Fairfield properties, this one is disappointing. The rooms are not all equipped the same and some don’t have a mini fridge or microwave. Rooms and bathrooms are small compared to other Fairfield’s. Bed was comfy but the hotel could not provide even one extra pillow. No complementary water is provided, but NY tap water is high quality so this didn’t matter much. Included breakfast is limited with no fresh fruit. Building is conveniently located in Brooklyn which also means it is on a typical busy and dirty street. Onsite parking is a plus. Staff was friendly.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were sweet. The only odd experience was the random knocking on our door at 9:30am, which we believed we heard “Don’t oversleep.?” when check out is at 11am. I’m not sure if it was staff or another guest, but otherwise we had no other issues. Would stay again.

Comfortable beds and clean room. Great breakfast area. Excellent if attending an event at Barclay centre or a quick subway ride to visit Manhattan. Loved the roof top terrace.

Clean and comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable. Decent shower. Friendly and helpful front desk people. Parking in their lot was convenient and safe. The only problem was when we were woken up at 8:30 a.m. by banging on our door. It was a hotel employee asking if we were planning on checking out at 11:00. he literally woke us up!

Room was tiny with hideous view of the parking lot & bad curtains which did not block out horrible light and dreadful 24/7 noise. Staff was just plain awful and they gave false information about Brooklyn as well as highly misleading advice. Hotel is extremely disorganized and dirty and in the end I had to buy my own toilet paper and bathroom items because staff never provided despite my begging for it dozens of times!
