Fantastic location in Chelsea and very friendly front desk staff. The cleaning staff are absolutely horrible.... woke us up early completely disregarding that people could be sleeping. The room doors are also very poorly designed and slam very loudly so difficult to get any sleep as you hear everyone on your floor.

There are flower shops and plants all over this street that made it extra special walking through daily. It's a little dark at night if you are traveling alone.

Perfect NYC weekend
The manager at check in was extremely accommodating & professional. The hotel was perfect for a weekend at Madison Square Garden. Rooms were clean & spacious. I will look here first whenever coming back to NYC. Thank you!!!

The room was clean, staff were friendly and always available. Many flower shops around the hotel so everyday got to see beautiful flowers and plants. Lots of construction and at night the street was kind of dark. The stand out was the breakfast. Lots of seating, clean, and many options to choose from. The rooftop lounge was a nice bonus too!
