Nothing unique other than close to Central Park. There are 2 elevators and my room being on 14 th floor takes 10 minutes. Also housekeeping with their cleaning carts, brooms and dirty linen use the same elevators with guests forcing more delays and inconvenience to guests.

My sister and I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and professional. We arrived early and they helped us check-in early. We were able to get breakfast before going up to our room to rest before site seeing.

I've stayed here a few times because its close to my daughter school (AMDA). Breakfast is amazing. Staff is helpful. I did hear people complaining about the elevators being slow BUT come on people- we are in the City- don't choose to use them during peak hours! - Duh!! Will be returning!!
