Whenever I go to hotels I look under the sheet for bedbugs. When I remove the sheet there was a bug drawling on the sheets!! I promptly gathered my things and found a new hotel.

This hotel is probably the best in New York City. Its location, service, breakfast, staff, etc. are just perfect. I will stay there next time.

Best thing about the hotel is the location. Room was a decent size and was clean. The staff were hit and miss. Some staff were pleasant and others were very rude and abrupt for no reason whatsoever. The breakfast area was a bit shabby and there were flies in there on both days. Cannot fault location but service could be better/more pleasant.

We had worst service. There was no cleaning service provided in the room for all the time we stayed. I was told cleaning service would be available every other day. We had to keep asking for towels, shampoo conditioner. They only emptied trash once. We were there 4 nights 5 days. They never made our beds. When I asked them they lied and said it was serviced, which was not true! Very bad service.

Conveniently across the street from Amtrak and a half a block from Madison Square Garden. Hotel was clean, offered early check in (for an additional fee), and surprisingly quiet. Would stay again!

Great location, but the hotel has a problem with elevator service. The three small elevators are not enough for the number of rooms, not to mention they are also used by housekeeping staff to move their carts between floors which causes long waits. Also the breakfast area is pretty small for the number of guests. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located to Penn Station and the subway lines and in walking distance to many New York sights. The room is clean and the bed very comfotable. Breakfast is very good with a good variety of food available. The staff are very friendly. A special shout out to Jay in the breakfast room. Jay is very friendly to everyone and is very helpful.
