Room phones did not work, they were also advised of mold in the bathroom door. The paint job was hideous in the room and restroom. They said they were going to send someone to fix both issues and no one ever showed up. Partial refund is needed. It isn’t near anything except a loud train.

The hotel room smelled like urine, no lie. We asked for a room chang but was denied because we booked last minute on Expedia (that's what we were told). Bed was flimsy and weak--not all the outlets work. We laughed and said the room gave off jail vibes. In the bathroom, it there was a small bug crawling on a towel. Room phone rang at 11:06 reminding us of checkout. That was not necessary at all! Overall, it was not an inviting space and will never go there again.

Un hotel modesto pero con excelente servicio
Este es un hotel modesto, no es lujoso ni está en una área céntrica pero para el que no quiera gastar mucho en alojamiento el hotel es muy bueno. El servicio y la limpieza son excelentes, y tiene un desayuno buffet que sin ser muy grande es capaz de suministrarnos un buen comienzo en la mañana. Nosotros estuvimos una semana y adaptándonos a las limitaciones, no podemos quejarnos de la estancia.

Very welcoming and friendly esp. on front desk. Nice to have a bath as well as shower. Plenty of drinks including milk in fridge downstairs Also good to have one in room. Not pressured to buy food and snacks but good choice in self service by front desk. Happy to go again. Oh yes, nice to have choice of cooked breakfast. Cooked fresh.

This hotel is so far out of the way, it's in the middle of nowhere. Not convenient to public transportation, dinning or anything you might needs. The floors in the room was greasy and the room smelled of sewage. To top it off the bed was uncomfortable.
