Very unhappy with our stay at Feather Factory. Up all night with train noises- blaring horns, loud wheels on the tracks. Breakfast was good but very slow because there was only 1 employee serving everything that was hot. Front desk employee didn’t speak English well so we didn’t even understand what she said. Surrounding area is mostly industrial. We will not be going back there.

More like a motel than a hotel. Shoddy details, budget bathroom, windows didn't stop the noise of the tracks, sirens, drag racing at midnight. All the doors slam really hard and loud . Slept maybe 3 hours. Ruined my trip. A/C is an old windows unit. Super loud. Single ply toilet paper.. I really intensely disliked this place. The only positive was pretty good coffee 24/7. Its super obvious they did this hotel as cheap as possible. Stay away.

Hotel was older but had just enough of what we needed and close/clean proximity for where we needed to go. Front desk staff were okay- check in took a bit and couldve been friendlier. The breakfast was great and well run by the staff manning it. We would stay again just could see a few improvements

The room was very clean, nice front desk staff, and a great location very close to the subway station.
