The room was exactly as it was shown in the pictures — a queen bed room was perfect for 2 people, the A/C worked great, bathroom was great, and everything was spotless when we arrived. The lobby is quaintly decorated and clean, too. Staff was nice and helpful, fast check-out, free coffee and tea in the morning, and they even threw in a complimentary breakfast. Hotel is located in a fairly quiet area when it comes to crowds/car traffic, but I will note that it is next to lots of train tracks so if you sleep lightly that may be an issue (but it wasn’t for us at all). Fairly priced room, easy to drive to/get around, and there is plenty of free street parking (free 7pm to 7am then metered outside those hours, but very cheap) right outside the hotel doors. Great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Nice clean comfortable hotel for a great price. Just a few blocks away from the subway to be able to catch a quick ride into Manhattan. Staff was very friendly & added breakfast to my parents stay for free since they for got to select when they booked their room but I had selected in.

clean room and amazing vanity in the bathroom! very convenient location! walkable to the subway and train so very easy to get around. safe and quiet area (but not too quiet that it becomes unsafe). right next to a police station and there’s a high school nearby as well. nice staff and free coffee and tea at all hours is amazing! would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend!

The horrible sounds on the train rails side

I stayed on the train rails side and it was horrible. I couldn't sleep at all. I thought the windows were open but nope. Like all the trains were passing inside the room.
