The property was very nice. Staff was friendly. There were little things like no Kleenex in the rooms and only 2 towels. The view was very nice especially from the rooftop deck which had a nice restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for five nights on our trip to New York and were very pleasantly surprised. The area has lots of restaurants (most aren’t open very late though) and it is extremely quiet (I am a very light sleeper and even I was able to sleep with the windows open). There was always a security guard and someone at the desk 24/7 so we felt very safe. While the hotel gym was very small it was well maintained and had a decent selection. The room was average size but the furniture was all in great condition and the king size bed was extremely comfortable (one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in). Although outside of Manhattan it was super easy to get to different neighbourhoods via transit. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet stay in NYC

Convenient to get to subway station. Comfortable stay. Good food but 20% tip is charged even it’s a take out order. Not a good norm for any business to do so.

Horrible hotel I was in a room where another door was locked which can get you through the shower of another room , so i was hearing clearly the other room bathroom activities My room wasn’t even cleaned compared to other hotel i stayed at in Astoria Requested another bed sheet at 11 pm , front desk said wait till tomorrow No fridge / no breakfast included

The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Our only issue was the hotel policy of providing only one wash cloth and one hand towel. That’s unusual and not acceptable when there are two people in the room. We had to ask for wash cloths and every day of our stay. There was no issue of getting them when we requested them.

We had a great time at this location. Staff was very helpful. Great location near metro access and there is a corner deli store open 24/7. Rooms and bathrooms were really clean.

The subway is a 10-12 minute walk away, with many dining/breakfast options. As for the hotel itself, the only issue I had was that in the bathroom, we only had a single (poorly fixed) hook to hang a towel, yet it was a room with 2 beds clearly meant for at least 2 people. The room was not fancy but adequate and the 24/7 front desk was reassuring. The rooftop bar has a pretty good view.
