Very convenient location- lots to see and do in the area. The hotel itself needs maintenance. I consistently heard noises (for example pounding and other sounds) when in the bathroom. The noises came from a different room. It was very unsettling.

Comfort and Location

This hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable size for Manhatten, conveniently located, decent gym, and economically priced. Bar was never open but there are 400 bars within blocks. Nice views as well.

In town to see The New York Liberty. This location was convenient to the subway and getting to other parts of the city. The hotel is basic but clean. Most of the staff were nice and they did fix issues with my room right away which is superior customer service.

This was a perfect place to stay for our trip to New York. Our rooms were beautiful and spacious. Michelle and Gilby at the front desk were amazing. They helped us before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and our trip to the big apple was everything we wanted it to be.
