If you are ever given room 2039. Kindly deny this room. It was a horrible experience for my sister and niece. The shower was clogged so we had to take quick showers so the water wouldn’t rise. The restroom smelled dirty. The room smelled dirty. The walls, doors handles, surface areas were filthy. Looked like the room wasn’t cleaned. The door latch was broken. The floor was sticky. We heard good things about this place but stay at your own risk. It is filthy. I do not recommend anyone with children stay here.

My husband has stayed here a few times and he highly recommended I stay here. I had high expectations because he raved about it. He loved the cleanliness and the efficiency of its location. Upon entering this property you cannot ignore how filthy it is. Room 2039 was assigned to us and it was disgusting. Now that I think about it. The front desk lady gave us this crappy room to spite me. She kept getting upset because I was telling how to spell my email address. When entering the room it was difficult to ignore the dirty walls and doors. Thank god I always carry cleaning supplies when I travel. The shower was clogged. We had to take quick showers to avoid the water from filling up too quickly. We were not given the correct number of towels that a hotel room is equipped with. This room had an off putting smell. To quote the movie “Pets” it smelled like poopoo with a dash of caca. My niece kept saying it smelled like a dirty diaper. Again, I am happy I had my own cleaning and disinfecting supplies. The door was broken at the latch. It locked with the deadbolt but there was a lacking sense of security. Stay at your own risk. It’s unfortunate that it didn’t work for us. I wish I would’ve taken pictures of this room. It was bad!

Great location, rooms were decent for the most part, but our bathroom was TERRIBLE. So outdated and run down. Felt like it was out of a hostel or old motel on the side of a highway. I would expect much more from The Hyatt.
