Some of the staff not helpful/friendly. There was zero communication during check in-we were just presented with a card machine for a hefty amount with no context/explanation around what the charge was for. Handed a room key with no explanation which floor we were on or how to get to the room-really poor communication. The bar staff were however very lovely. The location of the hotel is great-the room was clean and comfortable-bathrooms could do with some upgrades.

This was my second time at this property. The first time I had a great experience. This time it was terrible. I was missing towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. upon arriving in my room and there was trash in the trashcan that wasn’t disposed of. The shower had hair in it but the bed was made. Every day it was a fight to get towels. I’m not sure what was happening but they couldn’t put towels in the rooms when they were cleaning them. You had to call 2-3 times until they received a delivery of fresh towels to get one. I asked for a fan that they said they were bringing and it never showed up. It was just overall a terrible experience. I won’t be going back to this property which is such a shame since it’s so conveniently located next to Grand Central Station.

In general, hotel is not awful, but I will avoid it in the future. Most of the staff was unkind and/or didn't care. Not a hotel that emphasizes safety. Rooms just basic. Hidden fees. Lack of services.

Very good location-on top of Grand Central Terminal. Closed to many sites (Broadway&much more). Impressive loby. Very nice and confortable rooms. Recetion time is very long.

Like the convenience of being next to Grand central station. The room the assigned at check in hadnt been cleaned. I had to return to the registration desk and wait in line for a new room.
