Convenient to LaGuardia
The hotel is convenient to LaGuardia. The bathroom had not been cleaned in my room. But when I called the front desk, they were very prompt to come up and clean the bathroom. The front desk was very helpful with our door card which was finicky.

There was no iron and ironing board inside the room nor a microwave in the room. If you needed to warm up any food you had to go to the lobby to do that.

Stay was nice and short. Room was cool for what I needed. When I went into my room upon arriving, there were already two men in there. I was with my daughter so I’m like, ok I’ll leave quickly. But they said they were the owners with a master key and were making sure it was clean. I didn’t believe them, I think they were going to handling business and just use the room. Also, there was to no way to know they were actually the owners or two random people with access to my room, I ended up staying there but it put me on edge. I was leaving the next morning so it was whatever, They will continuously knock on your door not one minute after check out time, so be prompt.

Area was very unsafe lots of fighting and commotion outside. Appearance of hotel was decent for price but there was a smell in the hallway and the room was freezing. I slept with my coat on.

Great, clean and well located property. Rare occasion where the actual property looks and feels much better than the pictures. They need to hire a professional photographer to take good pictures that reflect the quality of the property.
