Need to drive or ride the bus to go to downtown Flushing for more food. It is really close by bus but just a bit too far to walk and a bit too much hassle to drive. Noise control is limited by the building. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on site.

To start off the room was nasty. Our feet turned black when we walked around the room on our socks. The shower was not cleaned properly as there was still conditioner or shampoo stuck to the walls . The sheets had literal holes in them and the bedding smelled like it hadn’t been washed in some time . This is on top of the fact that they provided hand towels as bath towels and no bath mat for the dirty floor! To top it off our second and last night there we thought someone outside was playing club music the entire night , come to find out it was THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM NEXTDOOR!!!! when we brought it to the attention of the front desk they said they would speak to them , well nothing changed , it still continued to be loud to the point of rattling the room . Luckily we had a 6 am flight and got right out of there but we didn’t sleep a wink that night and they could have cared less. The area is run down , felt unsafe and very far from the subways stations . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay here ! I wish I could attach the video I took of how loud the music was .

Room bedsheets were unclean with sand particles and fallen hairs from previous stays or what not, chewing gum stuck on the window. Noticed young housekeeping boys are sitting and chatting on the bed of the guest rooms while cleaning process. House keeping boy was very untidy and not doing what he supposed to do it looks like. Simply Nasty Room to stay

Room was clean and confortable. My friend and I arrived earlier than check in, we had been on a 10 hour flight and just wanted to rest. The employee that was working was very accommodating and we got in a room right away. After being in the room a bit we put on the TV and it wasn't working. I talked to the same employee that offered to swith our room, no problem where TV service was working. We switched rooms. I was very satisified with the cleanness of the room and beds in both rooms were very confortable. I would stay here again, the employees here were wonderful.

Staff were very nice and accommodating but unfortunately the room wasn’t. Bathroom floor was dirty as were the bed sheets. Internet was out about 92% of the stay. Room was hot at night. But overall, since you need to be a Palantir executive to afford a hotel room in New York, I would encourage anyone on a budget to stay here, I hope the manager reads this and makes the necessary changes so working class people can enjoy a comfortable stay in this hotel.

While the room and bathroom appeared to be clean. The bathroom floor was apparently mopped using a stale bucket of mop water. I'm allergic to mold and my sinuses stuffed immediately. I figured out it was coming from the bathroom and likely the floor. Simply cleaning the floor myself with one of their towels and water from the sink cleared the problem. I had an evening job to do. I decided to forego returning to the room to rest and fought drowsiness on the drive home instead.
