To be honest, this is the most terrible hotel I have ever seen. I got to the hotel and i was met with outmost hostility. The receptionists was very rude. The room they gave me was smelling. The bedsheets were dirty with stains. I booked the room for two days but there were no towels or tollet papers. When I asked the receptionists, he rudely told me house keeping will take care of it but they never did. On top of all these; the hotel is close to a subway so anytime any train passes the noise is just unberable. With thè smoke and dirty room, I asked that they change my room but they didn't so I checked out the same night and they didn't refun any of my money thought i didn't spend even a single night there.I wont recommend this place to even my worse enemy!

Staff was pleasant. The occupants however made it an uncomfortable stay. Music blasting, doors slamming, people yelling and banging on doors.

The bed cover were nice and the bed was made well, the rug on the wall good. The air conditioner could switch over from hot to cold the pleasant view of the window , sunlight shining through. I felt like my vitamins d levels when up when I open those curtain. The bathroom was astonishing long white tiles , excellent shower , the shower head was shaped like a rectangle having little tiny holes that when the wanna came out each hole had water spraying on each spot , so relaxing when it hit my back the soap was honey flavor the body wash was good , don’t let get started on the mirror , had its own light touch screen buttons the tv had Netflix , Disney , Hulu , watch boys meet world good episode. Slept like a baby.

My room which was 202 didn’t even lock all the way. I feel like all hotels should have a safe and also drawers which wasn’t available. Smoke holes in the sheets and comforter, bought my own cleaning supplies because the tub had hair in it. But I guess this the price for wanting to be at a hotel near Fordham. Don’t know if I would return but thanks for having me.
