It was horrible! I only stayed one night! Thank God cause i will never go back there again! It had roaches, it was noisy late at night! And the room was so inconvenient! I had to slide across the bed to get to the other side where inconveniently the plugs were there! Also there were no shower curtains! Who does that! It was a big room with a toilet and a shower! And the lights kept flickering on and off! Thought i was in a haunted room! SMH!! Horrible!! The front desk lady was nice but didnt speak much English! They need to fo better to get better guest!

Hotel is extremely basic with minimal amenities. I didn't feel great about safety because (a) the front desk is behind thick bullet-proof glass, (b) front desk has about 20 camera monitors, and (3) my deadbolt did not work on the room door. Room had no carpet, and floors were not clean. It's supposedly a brand-new hotel but has lots of physical defects in the floors/walls. The only kudos I'll give is for the bathroom -- very nice -- and the price which was good for NY. But people should know that this is a real dive.

A small room but well equipped. Good for just sleeping. When i say small it is really small room new rest room, clean. No parking, street parking is si unsafe told by the hotel staff. We where happy!

Front desk Guy was very nasty, unprofessional, the room we rented was smelling cigarette smoke all in the bed we can’t sleep, I went to the front desk Guy and ask him to change the room he said no he can’t do it, I said okay! So me and my wife left our rented room about 2:30 AM in the morning check out.the service was so bad we didn’t sleep at all, so I’m asking for a refund, we checked in at 6:30 PM and checked out about 2:30 AM.
