Updated hotel and convenient location

The hotel was newly renovated and very comfortable. The only misguidance was Hotels.com advertising the room with breakfast included, when the restaurant was not even open and operational yet. The hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea each morning in the lobby, which was convenient.

The property itself was fine; staff helpful; good location for theatres. We were quite surprised at the end of our stay when we were charged an additional $45.00 per night for a "service fee" and "service fee taxes". This charge was not disclosed on the Expedia website nor when we checked in.

Good hotel room with double queen beds. One person with horrible customer service who abruptly did a pending charge of $2,000 on my credit card. Manager was able to resolve it. But this left a bad trip. No open restaurant, and hotel currently under renovation. No amenity sheet provided. The customer representative who checked me in did not provide any customer service, no eye contact, and rude. Also incompetent. Did not get his name.

The property was beautiful, a prime location in the heart of Times Square. However, the staff could be a bit more helpful and there’s still no bar or restaurant on site, which adds a lot of atmosphere to the stay.

We paid for two rooms with sofa beds that were never provided even after calling 3x!!! Body gel ran out and was never replaced, no usable bar or restaurant on site and the room has the bare amenities:(. Totally not worth $2400 for two rooms for two nights. Wouldn’t recommend.

This guys did great job! Within one year they renovated whole hotel- I stayed here one year ago ( it was Crown Plaza) and was not very satisfied, but now everything is good! I just want to propose to make water in room for free, because as usually you want to enjoy a bottle of water after taking the room and not think about price (6 dollars).
