Good filling breakfast included. Was able to check in early as room was ready by 1:30pm. Room a bit cramped for family of 3 and little room for luggage but probably standard for NYC. Good enough for a place to unwind and shower after a day out. Area has some homeless but we felt safe walking around. Would recommend for budget travel to Manhattan.

It was walkable distance from the train station, which was great. Not having a microwave or mini-fridge was unusual and it made us think more about what we could order or eat because we couldnt store it or reheat anything.

Second stay here!!!
The shower and bathroom was a bonus as they have wall mounted toiletries making it easy to shower and not have to worry about packing any with you. The breakfast buffet was overall good. Some days there was a lot of choices, others days less but quality did not suffer. Buffet staff made sure things were clean and stocked. The location of this hotel is great for catching trains out of Penn or just any subway. Walking distance to some great stores and even a little off broadway theater.

We had the best time at this hotel! It is right in the heart of Manhattan. Jesse at the front desk made sure we had a wonderful stay, and the cleaning staff was wonderful too!

Not considerate hotel management.
Break-fast quality was not good. Most of the times there was delay in re-filling food items. Milk/creamer was not available for a couple of days, after requesting them in the kitchen they gave 2% Milk. There was a global outage due to crowdstrike issue, my flight was cancelled. I requested Hotels.com and Hotel staff to not charge me for 1 day when I couldn't reach to hotel, I had no cooperation from both parties.
