Staff were very pleasant. Enjoyed the lemonade in the lobby. Breakfast was just ok. Our room was on the street side, so a bit noisy. Since we took the Amtrak, it was a quick walk to Penn Station and enjoyed a walk to the High Line.

Pros : Great location. Staffs were nice and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Cons: smaller size rooms which make it harder to navigate. The beds are not comfortable. The streets outside the hotel is not very clean.

It's a room
A pretty basic room/hotel. If you are looking for a bed and a shower, and not looking for anything else, this is perfectly fine. The staff was great, the breakfast was not bad for a hotel. The rooms are clean, which is good, and no frills. Still, it is Manhattan, so there are plenty of places to be aside from the hotel.
