It's very convenient for me. Also it have 24 hour coffee in the lobby, a fridge, and enough outlets of all kinds for me to charge my devices. It's near Whole Foods, Eataly, and a lot of other places to eat of buy food. One complaint this time was the kitchen seemed disorganized at breakfast, and the coffee cups and tops did not fit - someone ordered the wrong sized top. Pretty minor, and I always stay here when I come to NYC.

The location drove me to reserve this hotel. There after the service was not upto expectations. The breakfast was chaotic. The food displayed was not enough for the guests. The area was too tight to move. There was only one person trying to serve about 40-50 people.

After sales are lacking! Communication is poor!
Stay was fine. Room fairly comfortable. Service was okay. Liked the luggage storage. Overall, I’d say it was acceptably enjoyable, however have since felt let down by the after service! Called multiple times and asked for a copy of my invoice of which I called again and asked for it to be sent… two days later… still waiting. My query of a surplus credit card transactions are still not explained!! I was charged for two waters in the room of which I have photographic proof they were unopened/untouched when I left. When confronted with this info and my rebut they said it was an error and they would remove it. Still haven’t. I have £46 of unexplained charges. I am aware of the NYC leisure tax of which I have paid, this is unacceptable service for a frequent Hilton Honours member. I have already sent this very review to them. If it comes to having to order a charge back under the s75 act, I will willfully advise my global colleagues of this situation when we are booking our next business stay!
