I have zero complaints. Staff greeted us when we first arrived, very friendly. We had the opportunity for an early check-in and went about the city. Room was clean, small (not complaining, after all, this is NY). There’s breakfast included with your stay so that’s a plus. Very close to Grand Central and about a 25-30 min walk to Times Square. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property, the team on the reception are one of the most friendly and efficient that make your stay so easy. I try to stay in this property every time I can, I travel to the area for work once a month.

The hotel was clean, the mattress was great and the room was comfortable with everything I needed. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well done and with enough variety to please anyone. Very clean dining room. This was a pleasure trip and it was a perfect place to stay for it.

A comfortable, clean hotel with a very good breakfast included. It was close enough to Times Square and other sites to be very walkable, but far enough removed that it was much quieter. A fine choice for a family trip like ours.

Great staff but small and old rooms
Not a great location but we knew that when booking as the hotel prices in NYC are ludicrous. This hotel was small, old, in a dodgy looking street. Rooms were tiny, if travelling as a family with more than one suitcase I’d reconsider booking here, there just isn’t any room to move. However, the staff are absolute gems, so lovely. The rooms, while old and tight are very clean. Was just a bit disheartening to know our most expensive hotel this trip was also the worst. But looking at NYC prices this was bound to be the case
