Good location near Grand Central. All the staff were very nice. The daily breakfast was plentiful. However the rooms are dated and small as stated in other reviews, but being in NYC we didn’t spent a lot of time in the room so it didn’t really bothered us. I would recommend for a family like us with two children.

Amazing place!!
Amazing stay! Considering its very near the main attractions in manhattan- the price is unbeatable. The propery is clean, staff is great, breakfast was very good. Breakfast actually exceeded my expectations. They swapped it out every day during our stay, it was great! We will be staying here next time we visit NYC. Thank you!!!

The staff were amazing! They were all so friendly and helpful (and patient) with all our questions. The location was perfect - right near Grand Central, but not noisy or crowded. We will definitely stay here again!

Mattress was hard as a rock. The bed in room 1701 is actually broken and leaning to one side. The toilets in both 1701 and 1104 are running continuously. On the good side the breakfast is fair, mostly carbs but the waffles are good. Staff are all pleasant except the breakfast lady, she's a bit sour.

No refrigerator in the room. The toilet has been running the entire time we've been here, we told the Maid the first day we were here it was running, I also told the front desk it was running. Also the toilet flush mechanism is broken, that's probably why the toilet is running other than that the nice room updated clean sheets for hotels clean breakfast was adequate but not the best.

Very good location. Close to buses and the Grand Central Station. A lot of places to eat nearby. Also NYC attractions. The hotel has a business center to print documents. Internet is fast. Breakfast is very simple, but has a big place to sit down, from 6 to 10 am.

We had a good stay. It’s a little bit outdated but we had what we need. It’s a very convenient place to stay, with decent breakfast, clean room, friendly staff. Close to grand central that will take you everywhere you might need to go. A lot of close by place to eat. Good location.

This is a very clean hotel with a very courteous and accommodating staff. The hotel is in easy walking distance to Grand Central Station which provides easy access to all areas of the city. I would absolutely stay there again on our next visit.
