Staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of breakfast items. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage and return to retrieve it before departing the city. Parking garage was a distance if you parked a vehicle.

The staff was very helpful and they had everything that we needed. We couldn't figure out the TV and the room was small but for NYC... it is to be expected. The elevator had long wait times at check out and the breakfast area was very crowded. But again for NYC it is to be expected. Over all the layout was brilliant and the staff was really top notch, special shout out to the front desk team, and the bell staff they where top notch!
