The only downside to my stay was I prepaid for the room three weeks ahead of time and when I arrived at 3pm they didn't have a room ready for me. I didn't get a text from the hotel letting me know a room had become available until 4:30pm.

We stayed 4 lady friends in one room, two queen beds and it was very comfortable , nice breakfast for 4 included, very convenient. Room was clean all toiletries in the bathroom , except for tooth paste of course. Only thing is is too far from manhattan I should have stayed in manhattan, not Hotel’s fault. It was a nice comfy able stay.

The 1st room smelled of feet or stale cheese. Not to mention, two barking dogs across the hall. Front desk personnel, happily changed the room. While the new room didn't smell and on the surface seemed clean, it had a lot to improve on. The bathroom floor was greasy. And the frame of the shower has something strange happening. I don't want to touch it, as it looks slimy. Lastly, the carpet in the room clearly needs to be cleaned as the oil and dirt seems embedded into the fiber. It's is bad enough for us to feel the need to not walk on it with bare feet. Lastly, the room has no safe or refrigerator. I don't think I am asking too much to feel comfortable in my hotel room. Very unlikely I will book a Hampton Inn in the future. 🤦😞☹️
