We checked in Sunday 25th, on Monday at 6:40am drilling construction started around the premises.Apparently someone complained so the next day they started at 7:30am. Otherwise staff was courteous and location excellent.

Room was super small. It cost $4 to wash clothes and to dry clothes and the dryer didn't dry the clothes the first time. so I had to pay another $4, so you're talking $8 to dry clothes.Good location though.

This Hilton location was perfect for using the transit system throughout Manhattan. Also great walkable location to Times Square, Broadway shows, Rockefeller and so much more

Overall quite a good stay for the few days. Location is the most important plus. In the heart of the Times Square which is where you want to be as a visitor. 2 mins on one side to Bryant Park and 2 mins on the other side to Times Square. Lots of food around, and great shopping. The only negative i would say is the lines for elevators to get to the rooms and lobby of the hotel. At times there is a rush for elevators and the lines get rather long. Would stay here again due to the positives mentioned.

Partition in bathroom under sink fell off in middle of night. Entry door pass code key code cover fell off and could not be reattached. No place to layout suitcase except bed. We told front desk attendant of these at checkout.

Excellent location. Check in was easy. Room was small, but you would expect that in New York. Somewhat dated and could definitely use a refresh, but was clean and served the purpose. One major complaint was the water pressure. The shower had no pressure…the water dribbled out of the shower head. And a shower that Should have taken five or 10 minutes took 20. Seriously, it was pretty ridiculous.

location is excellent and the room is renovated and clean. However, the lady at the front desk has quite some attitude when we are asking questions about the room and how to use the daily credit at the hotel.

- wallpaper peeling in bathroom - no drainage in bathroom, so after one hour of having a shower, needing to use the loo and feet getting wet - people pushing in the queue then staffing allowing them to be served - booked on hotel.com- paid in full. Now I have two other transactions on my credit card for £77 and £27. I had already paid for the room in full, still on my credit!! Please refund! - hotel needs a lot of work. - not happy
