The property was very clean and convenient. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The snack options, the microwave in the room, and the restaurant onsite was added bonuses. The close proximity to Times Square and theaters was the best.

A $300 hold was placed on my debit card upon checking in (I expected this, and it was not an issue). The issue is that I was charged an additional $125.00 upon checking out, with no explanation as to why. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice. I don’t like being charged extra on top of my total reservation cost, and I’m unsure of what to do to resolve the issue.
