Convenient to Times Square. Staff were great when we were on property. I left 2 items in the wardrobe and have made over 15 attempts to call the hotel. On only 4 occasions was I able to actually have someone answer the phone. People tried to help but unable to remedy the situation and my attempts to follow up I have never been able to reach someone. The phone rings for over 15 min and then Hangs up. If you call back it’s the same thing. Insanity. I called the night I left the hotel and no one was able to look in the room in a timely manner. Very disappointing. I also called the main reservation line for Hilton and they can’t even get someone to pick up the phone at the hotel.

I had paid for the ‘upgraded’ room with view of Times Square. Once we arrived in the room, we were on the 7th floor (there was 30 floors- but I highly doubt from anywhere you could actually see Times Square) and absolutely no way you could see anything. Went back to front desk to inquire and was told that as the room was facing ‘towards’ Times Square. Was not impressed as we could have stayed at another hotel that actually had a view, for the same price.

Quick check-in with pleasant and helpful staff. Nice, though small room with a very large flatscreen TV. Everything very clean. Great Midtown location close to so much NY has to offer. Will definitely stay here again.

Manager knew we showed up to check in early 12pm ish and room wasn’t ready. We came back at 2 and still not ready. Then 3pm which is check in time and STILL NOT READY. WHY didnt you get pushing when you saw we were already here by 12pm?? It’s ridiculous we had to pay the full night and didn’t check in til after 3pm
