The hotel front desk (black female) was horrible, very rude. We paid $75 for early check in and we had a city view. My room was not a city view. She could’ve told us that there weren’t any early city view rooms available. She argued me that we had a city view. Our view was the back of an apartment building. She was very rude about it. She was rude from the very beginning.

I was expecting the gym to be opened for the days I was there. since we weren’t unaware of the gym being under construction. I was disappointed about that but other than that everything was good

Hotels.com website gave option to pay a location but when you put in your payment method it is charged for the first night immediately. When you arrive to the hotel you are then charged again full amount with $100 a day accidental fee. So for an example your first charge is $330 then your second charge is $901. When I arrived early before check in time. I was told my room was ready but to early check in it additional $75. I was offered to hold luggage while I hit the streets. There is no free breakfast but there is a restaurant in the hotel and hotel is in a good location to access Times Square. Shower was cold and when you call out to front desk, no one answered. Please update hotel payment process so customers are prepared accordingly. Thank you

This hotel is located in the heart of time square! You could walk to just above everything!!!! So many places to eat and lots to get into. Subway access located just about every corner. Hotel staff is friendly, and overall very clean hotel. The only thing that was not really a big deal was that you could sometimes hear the honking of car horns and EMS sirens when they went by. Bed was comfortable and I truly enjoyed my stay‼️ Will definitely book again in the future
