We typical stay at Hilton brands and this hotel was very similar to others we’ve stayed at and have come to expect with the brand. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and cozy room with all the amenities we needed, nice views and awesome location. It’s NYC so yes things are pricier, busier, and louder than home (so come with that mindset) but this hotel was a decent deal and is the perfect location for tourists. Maria and Paul were very welcoming and accommodating on our stay.

Beware of bed corner as I hit my shin and bleed. The area with chair and table is very oddly placed leaving very little space to move. Probably design issue in the room. Hot water in shower didn’t work until I complained, something was done in the background and shower start getting hot water. It’s very cunning that hotel is switching off hot water even when the rooms occupied. Reception staff is very rude and don’t understand English in British accent.

Location was amazing right off the subway. Just blocks away from literally everything and if it wasn’t super close the subway was right there! The staff was super nice even when my kids took a huge handful of jolly ranchers on their way out. The room was very clean and the view was cool just being up high and seeing all the huge buildings! Highly recommend!
