HAPPY NEW YEARS
Loved staying here.. staff was great.. you can watch the ball drop frol right front of the hotel. Dont have to stand in long lines and have to wear a diaper lol.. PLUS THE RESTAURANT TURNS INTO A PARTY AT NIGHT.. THIS WILL BE OUR NYC HOME FROM NOW ON WHEN visit

To get to our room was a long wait because only 2 elevators worked! The line was long to get an elevator and the staff members were rude!!! Never going back to that location. I do not recommend.

The Hilton stay experience
My experience was not so good, being on the 29th floor was so hard trying to get one the elevator took excessive wait time to get on and get off, I understand only 2 elevator were working but make the only 2 elevators come quicker at least. Also, in the check in area I was trying to use my $10 credit however I couldn’t use it because there were no water bottle available or stocked up . I told the front desk concierge and she stated they will stock up and let me know. So I’ve waited patiently but I assume they were so concern to attend the check- in guess that she forgot about my water. I went somewhere else to purchase my water. Lastly, my son breakfast plate had a piece of short hair, I didn’t make a big fuss because my son enjoyed the breakfast and I didn’t want to be a big hassle, I wanted to enjoy my stay which was ok, could of been better.
