Check in was at 3PM and they tried for early check in by 1PM but room wasn't ready until 3:30. Do not pay extra for City view as it is only a street view. Building is not tall enough to see the city. Very small front desk which makes it difficult when more then 2 people are checking in. Staff/ Service was only a 3 but not because of the staff. They were friendly and nice but very limited on what they could do with service to correct some problems.
