The staff was amazing! Check-in was so smooth (a plus because we were in a rush to get to a show)--our bags were taken to our room for us as we dashed off (thank you, Brian!!!). We took advantage of the valet parking--a little spendy, but made things much easier for us. The location is SUPER convenient for walking to shows, restaurants, shopping, Central Park, everything. The bed was quite comfortable.

The staff was so kind and helpful. We felt very welcomed. Only issue was our AC wasn’t working well so it was very muggy. But these things happen from time to time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We will be booking a place at this hotel again! Thank you!

I would not stay here again. This location is an embarrassment to the Hilton name in my opinion. Room was 1.5 hours late for being ready (4:30 earliest to get in), staff wasnt particularly kind, elevator was broke when we got there, 10 minute wait to get to floor 7. Very hot in waiting room. Room itself was bad. AC was terrible and wouldnt stay on temperature. Toilet seat was half broke. Asked to have the room turned down daily instead of every other day, they didnt come. Called guest services for towel, never got any. Nobody came. Only thing nice i can honestly say was the coffee maker and refrigerator along with the location. Highly do not recommend.

Front desk was incredibly rude. Not friendly or helpful. Non responsive when i would ask questions. Ac didnt work in my room. So i called 3 times. They kept telling me somebody would come, nobody ever showed up over my 3 day stay. Elevators had extremely long lines.

This hotel was well below the standard one expects of a Hilton. Most of the staff were nonchalant at best, and in one instance (head waiter at breakfast) very rude. I submitted a formal complaint about the waiter, which was ignored. The room was only cleaned every other day. Turns out I was expected to ask for daily cleaning on arrival, but I wasn’t told this. I was there 7 nights, I requested an item for my room on day 1, which was never delivered. The safe was virtually at floor level, making it difficult to assess. I watched the cleaner on one instance, set out clean coffee cups right after she cleaned the bathroom, without washing her hands!!! Given how much I paid for the room, I didn’t expect such poor quality accommodation. The one plus was the location - great, very central.

Property is nice and clean - facilities good - close to Times Square and broadway - Central Park etc - be aware you will get billed checking out by Hilton for water in your room if you use the 2 bottles provided every day even if you are a Hilton member - be careful !!!

Good hotel for a quick stay.
Rooms are adequate and a little tight squeeze to move around but as expected for a NY hotel. Some staff were pleasant some were aloof and not terribly helpful even with the long lines, leaving only one staff to check in guests. All in all adequate for our stay.

Comfortable bed but saw some… stains… on the wall and curtains. The bathroom had a drain in the floor under the sink from which came a horrible smell. I could hardly stand to be in the bathroom because of this. Overall, fine.

The manager I spoke with told me a room wasn't available, she would text me in about a half hour. Nothing for 45 minutes 'til I went to the reservation desk and a room had been ready, but no one contacted me. That's a little frustrating, considering I had luggage, etc.
