Staff were polite We check our bags early but the desk wouldn’t valet park the car until 3p The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down An elevator was out of service The staff kiosk was poorly stocked And the final check out lady tried to charge me for 3 drinks instead of 1 from the kiosk

The location is convenient to lots of attractions. During my 6 day stay I only had hot water in my room for 2 . Told reception but nothing done . Lifts not enough , 2 out of 3 working and you shared with staff . Could wait over 20 mins to go down. Carpets very dirty and in hoovered

The tv and elevator didn’t work. They didn’t fix the tv and we had to walk down 21 flights of stairs every day because only 2 of the really small elevators worked and they were packed to the point where we waited 20 minutes twice and ended up giving up also took the stairs with luggage the first and last day of our stay. Not worth the money or hassle. Better hotels

This was the worst hotel experience. There were only 2 elevators for this 34 floor high rise. The 3 was broken. There were no service elevators we the housekeepers and garbage removal were competing for the same elevators. Our room was never made up despite requesting to do so. We stored our luggage after checkout and upon attempting to claim it, it took over 20 minutes to receive it. I am surprised that it is branded Hilton. We have no recourse because it was booked through Expedia.

Hotel was very nice and convenient to public transportation. What really stood out was the friendly, helpful (and patient ) staff. I wish I had written down their names but everyone my wife and I had contact with was extremely helpful and kind and did I mention, patient with us. My brother, Greg, has lived in NYC for 46 years and it was his recommendation that led us to stay at this property. We will be sure to stay with this hotel again and recommend it to our friends.

The heat did not work in the room. Repair technicians very nice but unable to fix the issue. The room they relocated us to was smaller, no compensation was offered. Had to ask and they indicated they would look into it. Need to follow up.

Have all THREE elevators working. Majority of the time there’s only one or two working at a time and with 34 floors, you are waiting 30 minutes during peak times. Most of the time we took the stairs from the 11th floor. The first night, we arrived on a Monday and was tired from a long flight. After doing some exploring during the day, we wanted to watch the Monday night football game but the tv wasn’t working. Maintenance was able to fix it but the next day it broke again and this time was not able to fix it. On the second to last day, they offered to move us to a new room, which we took. But on the last night the Heat wouldn’t get above 62°. The manager said he couldn’t do anything since we booked through Expedia. The location is nice and the front staff were very friendly. Manager not so much. And they will try and upsell you for future vacations every day.
