The elevator was not working fully due to recent flood damage. We had to text someone everytime we needed to go down. Kind of inconvenient because sometimes there was a wait since we were on the 28th floor. The room was a tad stuffy even with the ac on. Room was clean and hotel location was great.

Was informed elevator didn’t work when I checked in but would be fixed shortly. 3 days later still not fixed. Alarms went off at 2:30 in morning for a long time. Was nervous/ tried to call front desk. Phone not working. Was told later phones not working and to text if you needed anything. Ugh. Bad stay.

Location is good. That’s about all there is good about this property. People were stuck in elevators. We walked the 12 floors. Workers don’t care. Attitudes. Don’t go well with Hilton

Worst experience ever at a Hilton hotel !! Evidently there was a flood or broken pipe but all elevators were out and operating manually only. No phones while we stayed. Only communication was via text message to front desk. Had to scan a QR code for any reply back. Terrible experience.

Room 1621 was so bad unable to sleep due to the glare coming into the room from outside. Bath was old, shower kept leaking with very difficult to adjust the water temperature. Awful experience!

The room was spacious and clean, however the front desk staff was disorganized and from Thursday to Sunday elevators were down. You would think they’d be fixed in a day or two but no, a line to get upstairs and you had to text and wait for an elevator, at times waiting more than 20 minutes. The front lobby was extremely hot & crowded.

There was an issue with lack of water, WiFi , telephone system and lifts whilst we were staying at this hotel which was an unfortunate occurrence but the way it was dealt with was a disgrace. The receptionists were very unhelpful and it was not the experience I would expect from a Hilton hotel.

Let me just say they stay was nice but we ran into the issue of the elevators not working which was a big inconvenience when your room is on the 19th floor. We waited over 10-15 minutes everytime we wanted to get down stairs and some times we didn’t even get a response until time had passed and we’d already walked down the steps and got to our destination in a different part of the city. The elevator operators informed us that the elevators have been down for a good amount of time now and it didn’t seem like it’d be fixed anytime soon. On check out day we were informed that only 1 elevator was working and that’s absurd for a hotel to have happen on the busiest check out day of the week. My Biggest concern is that what if u had an emergency and taking the steps wasn’t an option for me. I didn’t like that there was any type of accommodation for the elevators not working properly. We weren’t offered a discount on our stay, free breakfast or anything of that sort. We received 10% off our bill if we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant and after talking to some of the other guests staying there they let us know the food and drinks weren’t worth it so that was off the table. I’m disappointed in this stay and I wouldn’t book this hotel again
