Great location. Great staff. But property needs updating and room amenities were lacking. Wifi was slow and did not work at all 1/2 the time. Three small elevators were inadequate for a full 35 story hotel. While we were there the telephones were not working on the 30th floor. Some rooms adjacent to the elevators were noisy. This could be a great hotel but some areas need updating.

The crazy thermostat would blow cold air at 4am no matter that we charged from AC to heat before going to bed. A sleep alarm device without controls I could find went off at 6 am two mornings. There is no business center and the elevators are slow.

Very conveniently located, courteous and pleasant staff, clean room, nice amenities. It was a little pricey but certainly reasonable for NYC. All in all a good value and we would go back.
