Was charged double because the first charge went through, then I swiped again when asked to, because the staff tried to convince me the first didn’t go through. Then I simply asked for a decent view room for the mistake, and they gave us a room facing apartments 20 feet away…

They never cleaned our room at all and we stayed there for 5 nights. When I checked in they said they would clean it every other day but that never happened. We ended up having to bring out our dirty towels and trash and constantly asking for more clean towels/toilet paper/kleenix. The restaurant/bar is awful as well. The only good part was the area that it is in has great restaurant options. We paid way tooo much to stay here.

The staff were super nice. Very helpful. The lobby is pretty with places to sit and coffee in the morning. Only dislike was the elevator close to my door. It rattled very loudly every time it was in use. It woke me in the night. Otherwise it was very quiet.
