Disappointing
The room we reserved was not available when we arrived, the hotel staff said that they did not have any rooms with 2 beds available at all. I was traveling with my two children, so a King room was not an option. I was working with Hotels.com to find another room, when amazingly, the hotel staff informed me that they did have a room with two beds and that they would refund me $200 for not having the room with a terrace that I reserved. It was all very odd, very disappointing. We will not be back.

property was fine. however it seems they overbook or expedia made the mistake. i booked a double queen room and received a king size bed instead. that’s not what i paid for. i complained and they said all rooms were full. i am entitled to my money back

The staff were friendly throughput our stay. Always greeted us. The hotel was generally clean and quiet. Our room was 2 queen beds. The rooms was clean, but small ( i assume it likely standard for a new hork hotel :)). The beds were comfortable. We found the hotel to be walkable to central park, times square, ect. Lots of food and drink options in the area. Overall a nice stay and i would stay again.

Location is great. Entrance looked bad with construction, small signage, hard to find. Punctured ( only decaf) coffee pods for coffee, toys, Barbie dolls in drawers. Only one tiny soap for the 2 of us

Something needs to be done about the window treatments. Blackout shades would have been good as the neighborhood is well let at all hours, and even more important, they would provide some privacy. Our curtains never closed completely, especially when the HVAC unit below them was blowing. We could see into rooms across the street, so people there could probably see into us.

The property was ideal. I love how close it was to the train station. It seems we were centrally located to everything. The only suggestion I would make is the rooms be cleaned daily and give fresh towels. We were there for 6 days and we could have really used fresh towels. We only got them one time. Otherwise the hotel was great. I would definitely stay again.

Great location! Unfortunately, not a great stay. I should have gotten a room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa-bed and small coffee table but instead, was offered basic 2-bed room, on a 9th Fl, with no view (actually very close view at someone else's window, no privacy at all); when a nice girl at check-in wanted to improve my accommodations and offer larger room on 19th or 21st Fl, the manager abruptly told her "no!" and refused to change it... There was no working AC on the 9th Fl, only inside of the room; there was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom; no daily housekeeping either, only every other day...to make it even worse - I left my gold ring and gold neckless and after calls to front desk, housekeeping and lost&found, I never got it back.
