Overall, stay was fine. The view from my room was really nice. Housekeeping was friendly and one of the ladies that helped me with reservations was very helpful. Some of the people at the front desk have attitude. You can’t inconvenience them in any way…they were edgy and willing to put the customers in check. They not only did it to me, but I also witnessed it to someone else. When I walked into my room, the room was unbearably hot. The thermostat was set to 65 but it felt like it was over 100 degrees in there. Had to call for maintenance, which took over 15 minutes, so I couldn’t even wait inside my room. Front desk guy gave me attitude about calling back to see how long it would take for maintenance to come up. Maintenance guy came and fixed it. He had to do something manually and then it was fine.

Great location for visiting Manhattan! The subway is right on the corner making it convenient to get uptown or downtown. The hotel and room was clean and quiet. Our view of the Empire State Building was spectacular! The complimentary breakfast add-on to our booking made getting the day started super easy. Additionally, the front desk staff was very helpful.

Not your fault, that is how busy and diverse New York is. Space is limited, traffic, work, a crowds created a different environment. Great stay. Your personnel at the desk, room service was exceptionally friendly, helpful, happy. Great say. I thought that once I had Hilton rewards but realized this trip that I don't.
