Great service

The person overseeing the construction is absolutely amazing! He is friendly and kind and the staff there is wonderful and helpful. The hotel itself is going through a bit of construction in the front. The room itself was clean, the bathroom had a tiny bit of mold, but nothing that any other hotel wouldn’t have. Overall, a really nice stay if you need to be near the airport.

I arrived after dinner from Rome, Italy- a 11 hr flight, then baggage claim and customs, then shuttle. Person at desk charged me $75 extra for a "reservation fee". Where was I to go? Then put me in a room next to construction. On a Sunday, who would be working? At 8 am, I guess. The extra fee was for me if I stole anything and was refunded, when I hadn't. My Free breakfast" wasn't. And my coffee pot in the room didn't work. Free shuttle from Federal Circle was wonderful though.

The property was under renovation which was not advertised by Expedia. Floors and lifts were covered over for workers, the lobby was inaccessible and reception had been moved to what looked like a broom cupboard . Room was an ok standard but way overpriced.

Clean and roomy

We stayed here for one night in between flights and everything was very good! Comfortable beds and good dinner in the restaurant bar. Shuttle to the Air train in the morning was prompt.

I’m very disappointed with the check in process my flight got delayed due to the rocket explosion in Texas. The air space was closed for a while so I arrived at the hotel 5hrs later than anticipated but had to wait 1 hr to check in because they said the Expedia payment to the hotel was declined I made my full payment I produce a copy of my invoice and then I was able to check in @4:00am
