Our hotel room smelled like burgers — it really felt like the burgers were being cooked inside our room although the hallways did not smell of burgers. There were roaches in the bathroom. The halloween decoration in the hotel was cheap and made the hotel look like a children’s school. The restaurant was disorganized and looked dirty.

The check agent, Romeo, was excellent. Very efficient and knowledgeable and friendly. The transportation to and from the JFK airport was efficient and on time. The rooms were very nice and clean. The small restaurant and bar had sufficient food for our dinner.

It was fine, clean and very comfortable mattress. The price was absolutely ridiculous for what it is. Our flight was cancelled and we had no other choice, but Hilton should be ashamed of themselves to charge that much for a room in a hotel with so few amenities.

It’s New York. But the parking is terrible. But the Hotel was comfortable. Breakfast not included. I requested an extra roll away with bed with advance time but they did not honor it. That was frustrating.

Ok for a quick airport stay.
Their airport shuttle stops at 945p. This should be clearly advertised since it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Nowhere mentioned on their website. I had a late arrival and ended up taking a cab. Otherwise it was comfortable though the bathtub had what looked like toothpaste stuck to one side. Next time I have an overnight at JFK I'll look elsewhere.

not even a free bottle of water in the room for the premier price we paid. i guess the value of this hotel is the proximity to the JFK airport. Guest room is clean but Sofa in lobby looked old and a little dirty.
